The location is great and the view to the sea is amazing. The gym is really small; it has some weights, bike, eliptica and running machine. The pool is ice cold... but otherwise the terrace is really enjoyable. The rooms are okay size but you can hear everything to the rooms.. If someone slams the door on the same halway...

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Even though there are some of a negative review here, but we still enjoyed the hotel facilities. Breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly especially at the sauna. The location was great. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Our room were on 6th floor with the sea view and I...

Very good hotel. We had sea view and stayed at fifth floor and view from the balcony was the best thing ever! Room good, cleaning good, staff nice and helpful, breakfast good, pool area good but the pool too cold for my taste. We ordered room service dinner and it was good but the restaurant buffet was not our cup...

This is an old hotel with some well preserved 70's features, going through an extensive renovation program. I was in a so called renovated room, it was clean but with poor quality furniture, two little foam pillows, empty white walls and no character whatsoever. The thermostat cover was broken and not all functions were working. The bathroom was tiny and...

I can see why some people like this hotel and some don't. It is worth paying for a sea view as this will affect your outlook all day. The reception staff are efficient rather than especially friendly. The rooms are large and bright, very well cleaned, good wifi, hairdryer, toiletries and a few complementary soft drinks in the fridge. On...

The hotel is situated practically on the beach, which is very convenient! Ok room standard- we had one with sea view. Cleaning is good and the staff were doing their best for our stay. The gym is tiny! Not really a gym at all- and definitely not a fitness centre! The swimming pool needs maintenance. Breakfast ok+, but dinner at...

Great location next to las canteras beach. Fantastic view of the beach from room which wasn't luxurious but decently decorated. Wifi worked great. We had a great stay with just yards to walk to see all the activities on the beach including free music festival that was packed. Staff pleasant enough.

What a let down this hotel is ! We were unlucky enough to have a city view room ( code for looking out over the back streets) and the room was clean enough but oh so basic! Hardly any decoration , no robes/ slippers and no body lotion or hair conditioner! There was no tea/ coffee making facility and the...

We were not here very long.. checked in at 1.30am and gone by 9.30 am the next morning. I grant that the hotel had a huge influx of not very happy guests arriving late at night. (we were over a hundred people); and the 2 reception staff though slightly harassed, handled the situation beautifully. But it was really weird that...
