There was something wrong with our booking, though we won't ever find it out as the lady at the reception was unable to speak ANY English. And repeating something louder in Spanish surely won't solve the problem, just a suggestion. All in all, this hotel is a huge letdown - not something you'd give two stars, for sure!

Nothing special, good for short stay. Close to shops, pubs and beach. paid about £100 for three days, not expensive place, no more advantages. Comfy beds, ugly bathroom and the view from the window. I guess I would never come back

The hotel is fine for the budget traveller. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great (near the beach and San Gines langoon area), and they have wifi. The rooms are simple, but roomy and comfortable we found. The maids are constantly tidying and always on hand. They provided extra blankets when we asked too, which was nice (the...

The location was fine with a few minutes walk to all amenities. Bars and restaurants on the front were geared towards locals and tourists but away from the beach they were basically Spanish which I liked. English was not necessarily spoken which did cause some problems with a more extensive and Spanish geared menu. I really enjoyed the buzz in...

Arrived after a late night flight and picked this place, very cheap around €30. Took a taxi from the airport, €14 at 1130pm. In hindsight, I should have gone straight to Puerto! The hotel reception was very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were very basic, just simple. But the price reflects. There is a burger place down the road, about...

We went on a quickly planned/low budget holiday to Lanzarote and wanted a place that was well located centrally to access other beaches in the island on a budget. Residencia Cardona was the place to be! It's very very close to the beach and definitely not pricey like the hotels by arrecife beach. 10min walk to the bus station (guagua...

Centrally located, just off Avenida Dr Rafael González, it's a 5 minute walk to Arrecife's Playa del Reducto, and you're not far from the local eateries, sights and the bus station. I was able to park in the street and there's also a free public car park about another 5 minute walk away on Calle Eugenio Dors. The whole pension...

Stayed here whilst hubby was in hospital as it was a stones throw away from the taxi rank and very convenient for local eats. Clean & tidy sheets where changed regularly and it was family run. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights but would not recommend long term.

We stopped just one night, before taking our early flight back home, on the following morning. The "pension" is downtown, in an excellent central position (mind you, Calle Democracía is not well signalled from the promenade, we had to ask). Reception open 24 hours/24. Very quick check in & check out, and absolutely reasonable prices (30 euros for a double...

This is an ugly hostel located in the city center. After going for a short walk, we found our personal affairs put in a trash bag outside the room without previous notice. This is something you don't want to experience. Avoid this place

“We were on the 4th floor, which was fine. Lift always available and working. No noticeable problems with noise. Maybe in the summer if you needed to keep windows open, it could be noisy. But this is Spain!”
