This place is absolutely stunning, it's extremely clean, the apartments and the views are out of this world beautiful and the staff completely made are trip, nothing was too much. Lovely pool area which is nice and quiet and everything you need to relax. The rooms have everything you could think of and are really a home away from home. I will definitely be returning in the future

Spent a week here and have to say one of the best hotels iv been too rooms were clean and very comfortable plenty of amenities you might need pool was relaxing and the staff are all amazing very friendly and helpful couldn't ask for more

Lovely room to stay in and great staff! No air con which made it difficult to sleep through the night. No bar within hotel, they had a vending machine with snacks/drinks but had to go shop for proper food and alcohol 10 minute walk to the nearby restaurants and bars which was fine for myself

We choose that location for honeymoon. Beautiful place to stay, small paradise! Amazing views with mountains, garden, ocean and sunsets. The apartments are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful hotel without a shadow of a doubt. My reason for 3 stars... In these lovely apartments they're really quite dark. And no air conditioning! They've spent the money making the hotel look lovely, why not fork out the extra for air con? They have ceiling fans like from the 70s which unfortunately if you put on high speed, look like they are going to come off the ceiling. Also... no bar or atmosphere in general unfortunately. Good points. Staff all very friendly and lovely, nice location, a 30 minute walk to town which we did every day there and back. I think if you're after a writers retreat, this is the place for you, although we did enjoy the peaceful location, it was a little too quiet for us.

We spent 10 days in a lovely one bedroom apartment with a balcony which faced the gardens. We felt there was good attention to detail, the apartment was light, airy, modern and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to access UK TV channels. Ths swimming pool area was also well maintained and very comfortable with loungers and sun umbrellas. My only small comment is that the pool could be a bit bigger, considering the number of apartments. The staff were execeptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Johanna from reception spent considerable time explaining how to access a supermarket, buses, restaurants, the launderette etc. Julie from reception was also very friendly and reassured us that our taxi would collect us from the lobby on our day of departure. The cleaning ladies were very thorough and our appartment was serviced daily, apart from Sundays. They happily changed the towels when requested and changed the sheets half way through our break. My overall impression was very positive - that the place is well managed and that there is good team work among colleagues resulting in contented guests. Finally, the apartments are located in a pretty street in the upper part of the town which is quieter and close to the botanical gardens. We enjoyed this location and made good use of local buses for exploring the island. The nearest bus stop was about 7 minutes walk. We found the local buses efficient and largely running to schedule. …

This was our second visit. Our first was 5 years ago, and we wondered if anything had changed. It hadn't. The apartments were still as well maintained as before, the surroundings peaceful, the apartments and grounds beautifully clean, staff helpful, and the whole experience was very relaxing. The apartments are in a residential area on the edge of the town, with a 15 min. walk to the centre. It's uphill on the way back, but taxis are available if it's too tiring. The nearest supermarket is about 5 mins. walk and will provide everything that is needed. We were in an apartment facing the road, which, while not busy, was slightly noisier than facing the gardens, but overall this did not detract from our enjoyment. It's definitely not the place to go if you want a lively experience, but if you're looking for an opportunity to wind down in relaxing surroundings, we would wholeheartedly recommend the Ambassador Apartments.…

Me and my husband stayed here for a week at the start of June. We arrived late and were shown to room 208 on arrival. As we were tired we were told we could check in the next day. As room 208 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment we assumed that we would be moved, but much to our delight, this apartment was ours for the week! It was so spacious and comfortable, honestly we felt really at home. The grounds of the apartment are exceptional! Beautifully maintained, with just the sounds of birds. The pool is spotless and in such beautiful surroundings. It was also pretty quiet the time that we were there. The staff - every single one of them, were friendly and helpful with a 'nothing's too much trouble' attitude. Others are correct in reporting that it's a little of the way, but we liked that. And the buses and taxis are cheap, clean and reliable. We managed to go to local supermarkets, restaurants and Puerto de la Cruz on foot (highly recommend spending a day at Lago Martianez pools) We also got the bus (X2) to playa de la Teresitas - which was so easy to do and well worth the trip! I highly recommend Apartamentos Ambassador as a place to stay in Tenerife …

When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and informative. The apartment turned out to be bigger than we expected, with good size shower. Kitchen with a breakfast bar, large bedroom, a terrace for our apartment. They also had a swimming pool with seating. Site is well maintained and they staff are friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed are stay and would recommend it to anyone.
