Was interested to read sarab999's review of the lack of hot water in room 25 in December 2018. We stayed in this room last week: the water was lukewarm and the pressure insufficient. For three days we complained to reception and were 1) advised to let the water run for a bit,

Stayed in room 025 over Christmas 2018. On the first day I went to reception to tell them my shower was cold. The guy on the desk spoke to someone on a walkie talkie and said it would be sorted.I complained three more times in the next couple of days to no avail. I have long

I tried to book this hotel for several months, and finally got 7 nights in a row having arrived 18/12/18. Arrived in the hotel from the beautiful pedestrian free square, you enter a typical 17th century canarian hotel with bags of character and charm. The “patio courtyard” is

With facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi , modern pool and masses of character, it is a pity that the rooms do not live up to the standard, Although our room was situated on the front of the hotel overlooking the Church and Square with balcony the bed and pillows, together with

Hello, I don't think this hotel is suitable for anyone with mobility issues. If I remember correctly you have to go either up or down stairs to get to room's. If, however, you are looking to leave a mobility scooter somewhere safe they do have a small room by reception where you can keep your cases so they maybe able to keep it in there for you. Good luck.😃

Save yourself some money & use Skyscanner for both flights & transfers. Trip advisor to book hotel. I had Skyscanner price alerts & got flights from Glasgow for £42 return & the Skyscanner transfers comparison is by far the cheapest, as is trip advisor for the hotel comparing all the companies. Use the extra cash to spend in all the fabulous shops & perfumeries on the doorstep all around this hotel. Enjoy

I think it was an hour free - but that was for the email you used to sign in, if you then use a different email eg a completely made up one then you can use it again!!! Most of the restaurants around have free wifi too so I always ask for the code and use it this way.
