We were there for 2 weeks and we were satisfied. The hotel is the oldest in Tenerife and it has magic atmosphere. The food was good, the room tidy. We had any problems and we can recommed it. The place is good too.

i also don't know what you mean by 'superior' rooms, however ours did have a small patio with table and chairs.
