Salty food and saggy sofas did little to make my stay comfortable. Added to that my mattress was too soft and despite a request it took 4 days for them to attempt to resolve this. (I was not offered another room) When they finally produced another mattress it was worse than the first one. Wifi did not work in my...

This is our third visit to this hotel. Some of the rooms are not acceptable because they are either facing a busy road or in one of the areas with windows leading to a tunnel that makes every noise like your neighbour sneezing seem as if it is in your room. We'd recommend a top floor room on level 6.

Location is quite convenient, old city, cafes and supermarket (5min walk) nearby. Rooms are quite old-fashioned, but clean. Good spacious bathroom. There were some ethnic dance and live music events twice a week Breakfast were quite good. There is a public parking near (Calle El Pozo).
