We are here as I'm writing this , we found the staff to be very nice , the room service also very good , we weren't happy with the first room but the staff fixed it no problem , I wouldn't say it's ideal if you stuggle with hills and not ideal for wheel chairs but it's so cheap for...

Expected more. First of all the food in the restaurant was sad looking. Only 1 or 2 choices for dinner. Breakfast was a bit better but not much. The beds were terrible, felt as if they were about 20 years old. Pool was cold. But it was nice to sit around the pool. Half of the staff were polite and...

shame the staff are letting this great place down. The cleaning staff are hard working but the rest of the staff are lazy, unhelpful and at times rude. On a 10 night stay only ever managed to find a member of staff to serve drinks, then he was rude and stormed off. Fire door on 2nd floor kept locked for...

Stayed here 11 days on a bed and breakfast basis. We had a room in the top floor which meant the pool was right outside our door. Perfect! Room was lovely, little kitchenette meant we could cook basic meals on a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed the balcony, could sit out there and watch clouds roll over the top of...

Rooms were clean and maintained daily. Front rooms with amazing views tend to be very noisy at night due to residential area. Wifi worked in some areas of the hotel. Basic swimming pool but good fun. Food hit or miss for the British taste bud, temperature was more of a concern as often cold when should be hot! All staff...

Hotel was ok as a base, however the location at the top of a mountain (Well it felt like it!!) was a bit out of the way. I had an 8 yr old with me and would have struggled had it not been for the fact we met another mother with her children there and teamed up. Its a shame...

We are currently staying at this hotel....when we arrived the receptionist was pleasant enough however, we wasn't notified about room safe or meal times. Room was clean and spacious. The bar has been CLOSED the whole time of our stay, we were told that the restaurant was the 'bar' which is ridiculous as when we wanted a drink at 6pm...
