We had quite a shock on arrival when discovering there was no reception in the hotel, eventually we found out that it was across the road in San glorio, not ideal at 10pm at night wondering how we'd get into the hotel! Upon discovering the reception, I must say that the staff were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, polite and incredibly...

This was the only hotel we could find at the last minute. I know why. We have been in several different places in Spain and hotels. This by far was the most expensive and least favorable. Room was somewhat clean, extremely outdated and in need of repair. Our window was next to sheets of metal which did not help with...

I stayed here for one night with friends. Check in, although at the adjacent hotel, was easy and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Although I booked a single room the bed was a double and the room was only slightly smaller than my friends double room. The rooms are compact but clean and the free WIFI and toiletries...

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the station and ferry port. You have to check in at a hotel up the road. The hotel itself occupies one floor of a building. It has no reception staff there but can only be accessed with your key card and so felt quite secure. In spite of a very busy...

We "accidentally" booked ourselves into this hotel on our honeymoon. It was quite a surprise, as it's actually pretty good for a one-star hotel, and you moderate your expectations accordingly. The rooms are a little dated, but they _are_ clean, and the location is reasonable -- not far from the main bus station. The staff at the reception were friendly...

We found the people at the reception desk very friendly and cooperative. They helped us find a good hotel at our next stop in San Vincente de la Barquera. The room was good and not too expensive, in a nice neigbourhood near the train station and the bus station.

Reception is situated over the road at he Hotel San Glorio, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a smartcard key to enter the hotel and our room. Access via the entry door was a bit 'hit and miss', though there was an alternative access point...

Friend and i just returned from 3 nights staying at Hotel Bedoya, its very central , clean and the breakfast was plentiful- oj, coffee, cold meats, cheese and the usual pastries. The reception desk is accross the road with very helpful staff. Santander has fantastic, well priced restaurants. We didnt hear any British voices whilst there. The beach is very clean and...
