When we arrived to the hotel, our first feeling was that ok, it's a 4 stars hotel, with a giant reception area. I felt a very strong and sweet odour (for me it's too much). When I opened my door, I found dirty in the door, even if it's outside of my room. In the room it was on an...

The hotel is clean, the staff is ok, the rooms are large but the guests are loud and the corridor eccos the noice which you can hear in your room by far more than in other hotels. The rooms 111, 110, 109 are right above the entrence where people smoke and chat until late night and early morning. We were...

Very good value hotel sited 5 mins drive from the centre of a surprisingly pretty and interesting Spanish City. Easy access to and from the motorway system, plenty of parking, great reception staff full of information right down to best free parking location in the City. Room a generous size and pleasantly presented. Do not eat here but they do...

My husband & I spent 2 nights at this 4 star hotel in July en route to the ferry in Santander. We had a nice room with a good, modern en-suite, although with no anti-slip mat or 'dimples' in the bath we were disappointed that the grab handle was loose on the wall. The restaurant was too expensive for us,...

This hotels only fault is being located outside of Burgos but, it's close enough to go by taxi. The laundry service is quick, the rooms ok, and the restaurant is excellent. Would be best to book in advance, as it's also used for weddings and such. Plenty of outside parking.

On the night we stayed the restaurant was closed which was very disappointing. The alternative cafeteria served rather sad looking cold tapas so we waited until hot food came on later in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was truly excellent. The hotel is supposed to have air conditioning but it was not switched on. Had to have the windows...

Good four star hotel. All the luxuries of a four star hotel at a very decent price. We stayed one night while travelling back to Barcelona. Good rooms and beds. Very good restaurant for evening meals and buffet breakfast was the best I have seen for a while travelling around northern Spain and not expensive. Free parking at the door...

Modern, smart, very helpful staff, excellent restaurant, very good value, comfortable but spartan rooms,no hair dryer. Ideal for overnight stop. When arriving you have to drive into the monastery through a narrow arch in to a pedestrianised area, with signs say no unauthorised vehicles. Not signage to the hotel or parking area. Once parked the are no signs to where reception is.

Located in an industrial park, there is nothing of interest locally. That being said if you are only overnighting this is an ideal place to stay. We found it very easily using the co-ordinates. Plenty of parking, wi-fi in the room was a bonus we didn't expect. The room was a good size and very clean. When we went into...

Located in an industrial park, there is nothing of interest locally. However, the hotel is modern and well-furnished and certainly 4 star. Large rooms and bathrooms with all usual toiletries and well serviced. The associated cafeteria serviced local trafe and the floor was messy, however my sandwich and glass of wine were lovely. The restaurant has a diverse menu with...
