We got moved here when our original hotel was closed due to covid measures. Generally pleased but main problem was as a family with two young children taking two rooms instead of one family one, cost not bring the issue, but safety was we had to do this here. And whilst the rooms were adjacent they were not interconnecting and not at all what we were accustomed to or happy with.

That aside secure but cramped parking under ground via tight car lift. Good Covid measures, helpful staff, limited but sufficient buffet breakfast, dinner not an option, locally choices but few child friendly, pizza place was, cost standard, good air/con, spacious bed but poor pillows, ok WiFi, ok tv. Empty fridge useful, no tea/coffee provision, easy to find, overslept breakfast slot but alteration accommodated promptly.

A full 5* stay except for the non option to as a family all stay together so important to us. Hence a star drop.

A great experience throughout. Wonderfully welcoming staff and advice re. where to visit. The car park is very secure, though a first for us was putting the car in a lift! Our junior suite on the 4th floor was vast and offered great views of the churches and cathedrals. In addition the nesting storks and peregrines were amazing to watch. The location is very good and close to most of the major sites. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of fruits, cold cuts, cheeses & even sausages, bacon & scrambled eggs. The restaurant Vinodiario is very close (50 metres) and was so good we visited twice (make sure you book). In terms of what matters Las Claras is very, very good indeed.

We stayed three nights. Great location, close to all the sights.
Reception staff are excellent. We were greeted every time we came into reception.
Housekeeping staff do a great job. Everywhere was spotless.
The rooms are big and well appointed. There is a safe and a fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very big too.
The AC, which I am fussy about, was the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. It was practically silent, but it was very effective.
Like most hotels, you could hear corridor voices. But here, there is an inner door to the bedroom, so the noise does not travel when that door is closed. Between rooms, I heard very little. Mostly curtains being opened or closed.
We had breakfast at the cosy Cafetin Scherzo, around the corner on Gran Via. Their coffee and croissants are the best I’ve had on this trip. We had a lovely lunch at the excellent Dominicos nearby, on two occasions. We also stopped in there for tapas on two evenings.
We will definitely return to Las Claras.

Extremely satisfied with our overnight stay here.
The room was clean and decent sized and had air-con which worked well.
It is situated in a semi residential area about 15 mins walk to the main restaurant zone. It was very quiet in the evening.
Breakfast was good.
Although it has the breakfast room it doesn't offer dinner which would be good if you do not want to walk for a meal.
It has underground parking(via a car lift) which was fine arriving but a bit tricky when leaving which was the only negative point.
The girls on reception were excellent.Welcoming ,helpful and friendly.

Situated in a superb central location this hotel is so convenient for a city visit. From check in to check out we received wonderful service from every single member of staff. Reception , cleaning and dining room staff were very kind and attentive. Our Junior suite was well equipped and very comfortable, yes possibly due to have a little update but still very comfortable. We used the underground car park which was much easier to get in and out of than we had expected. The breakfast served here was one of the best buffets we have had on our travels. Well organised and very hygienic. We must give a special mention to the staff on reception who gave the best advice on where to go and watch the Palm Sunday Processions. We loved that the afternoon procession passed by the hotel. Only down side no room service or bar service on site during our stay.

Stopped off here for 2 days. We have stayed here twice before and the parking is really handy, underground, secure and away from the heat.. They gave us a room upgrade and it was a lovely room. AC worked well and the bed was very comfortable.  There is a minibar but oddly enough no tea or coffee making facilities. Staying here before we had no issue with Wi-Fi but this time we did as the signal was very weak and not strong enough to watch our own TV online.. Reception happily provided an ethernet cable however the port was not working. As it was the weekend they did not have a technician.. They provided an extension lead and we were able to move our box closer to the door where the signal was a lot stronger and able to watch our own TV programmes. Reception were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location a short walk to the main tourist attractions.  A great stop off hotel to enjoy Salamanca on the way to/from Portugal.

A very nice upscale hotel perfectly located downtown, but surprisingly, no food or drink service at all (not even a coffee) other than breakfast.

Very big, pleasant rooms, well furnished, with appropriate amenities. Quiet and peaceful, excellent sound insulation. Paid parking is available in a secure garage under the hotel.

A bit expensive for a Garni, but I would return and would recommend this hotel to others who want to be in downtown Salamanca.

The staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room is large by European standards and the bathroom is well-appointed. The breakfast is good -- very similar to the breakfast we had at another Eurostar hotel in Madrid (13 euros at both places). It is a short walk to all of the major sights in town.

This was our second overnight stay on our way back to Portugal and our experience was as delightful as the previous one. The hotel is a walking distance from all the tourist attractions and the number one ranked restaurant is across the road! The room was very spacious and the hotel has an underground paying and secured cad park. A top choice in Salamanca!

Our room on the 3rd floor had a constant low humming as if there was a large fan or A/C unit on the floor above. Additionally, the detector (fire or carbon monoxide) in the center of the ceiling had a small green light that blinked every 6 seconds. A beautiful room, but not designed for sound sleeping.

Hi. From memory there isn't a huge amount but sufficient for a normal car. The car park itself is fine but it is a tad tight leaving the elevator. Worth it though as the hotel is only a stroll away from the plaza mayor.

We were there over a weekend and the parking was free on the street in front of the hotel. We had no issues parking the car on the street.
