Stayed one night in May 2016. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the aqueduct and other main sights. Rooms at the front face the road, but we didn't find it too noisy. Some of the front rooms have excellent views over the cathedral and city (unfortunately our view was partially blocked by a tree). Our...

The hotel is in a good location, if you turn right as you exit the building and carry on straight down the partially pedestrianized road after the roundabout you will get to the aqueduct. There are quite a few stairs leading up to the reception but if you need to you can enter by the entrance marked cafeteria and then...

The hotel was well positioned, and the reception staff were friendly. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. However, when it came to breakfast it was like we had walked into a different hotel. It was basic to say the least and overseen by the grumpiest man I had the misfortune to meet in the whole of Spain.

Stayed at this hotel with the purpose of exploring Segovia. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the city as most places are within easy walk , just 5 mins to the impressive aqueduct. Room was clean, bathroom could have been cleaner as many stains could be seen. Advantage is that I was allocated a room with a nice view...

We stayed for one night and were a group who were walking camino. Room clean shower good. My view was overlooking extractor fans so ask for a room with a view. We only had breakfast which was average. Good location to walk into town and visit tapas bars.

We went on a coach trip and found the staff at the reception very pleasant, the rooms are clean except for some reason there was a smell of smoking. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is a small bar on the lower floor at the front of the dining room but no outside space to sit in, However the hotel...

I rarely make a poor review as I have done my homework before booking a hotel. However, this hotel was part of an organised coach trip which we later found was the first time they had used this hotel, I hope it is the last!! until the owners/management wake up and get things sorted!. From the outside it is a...

This hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Roman aqueduct and plaza. It is directly across from a large park and next to a police station, so the area did not feel crowded and we felt very safe. The entire town feels very safe. There are only about 10 free parking spaces in front of the hotel and...

This hotel is near the highway but you can walk to the town within 10minutes. The open car park is small. It is better to park in the small hill nearby, 5 minute walk The breakfast is bad, seems never refill.
