Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Confortable hotel with spacious facilities. The bed wasn't very comfortable and sometimes the WiFi might go a bit slow. But if you are traveling in a low budget or just need to stay a few days; the hotel is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't tried neither the cafeteria neither the breakfast so I can't share my experiences

The check in was great regarding service and feeling welcomed. It went a bit downhill after that. The room was quite dark, not as shown in pictures. The breakfast was very poor in comparison with other Tryp hotels. Not very close to the centre so driving to town means more parking costs on top of the extortionate private parking at the hotel.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and although the balcony offered very pretty views of the adjoining park, I found the room condition to be quite disappointing. The furniture was really worn out and the kitchenette was not usable since it was not equipped with any kitchenware. The AC worked well until about 2 AM when all of a sudden it stopped working; the room became so hot that we had to open all windows to get some air. When we complained about it, we were told the hotel turned off all AC units in the middle of the night as a "green" measure, which I found to be a very lame excuse to cut costs. If I'm paying for a hotel with AC, it means I want to use it whenever I need it, specially on days where the temperatures are excessively high!!! No wonder the pillows smelled like sweat... yuk!

If you have a chance to visit Valladolid, specially to the center of the city, this hotel might work for you. They have parking lot service and very good breakfast included. The room was much bigger than I expected even with the cooking facility.

Clean but old aparthotel. Not close to the city center, you need a car or take a taxi. The price for the garage is 11 euros per day, the area seems quite safe so park outside is an option to evaluate.

It's a simple hotel, the junior suite is great for families! The kitchen is a plus especially if you want to put the kids early to bed. Staff is friendly and breakfast was fine. Downsides: area is a bit noisy in the evening even on the 7th floor and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom only in the living area.

Chose this hotel as it was a short drive in from the main motorway A-62 heading to Santander and had secure parking. The room price was reasonable with additional €10 for underground parking. The room was adequate for an overnight stop. Clean, large room, powerful shower. We did not eat in the hotel as we wanted tapas. The receptionist recommended a tapas bar virtually behind the hotel, which was exactly what we were looking for. There is also a bakery/cafe just along from the tapas bar for breakfast. As we stopped late evening we weren't looking to go into Valladolid itself, so for us this hotel was ideal.

Entrance is a accident hazard as there are steep few steps you need to climb diwn with your heavy luggage to the reception. Elderly people please take extreamecare. Clean rooms , crammed lift which is very old and can only accommodate maximum 2 people with luggage.

This is my second visit to Valladolid and on both occasions I have stayed at this hotel. Rooms are generous in size, with well appointed bathrooms. TVs are on the small side. Very clean, they certainly take pride in that with decor and furniture somewhat old. Service is great, eager to help when required. Breakfast is your standard Spanish breakfast, it's adequate and sufficient Location is a little way out from Valladolid central. About 7 euros for a taxi which its stand is right outside the reception lobby or catch a bus 1.40 euro again bus stand about 40m up the road. It's on a busy street but you can hardly hear the traffic. You will probably hear the elevator more than the traffic. I rate this hotel for its service and value for money
