The hotel is in a great central location (on the city's main high-end shopping street), with nicely appointed bedrooms and baths, and very helpful and friendly staff. Has a hip decor and good amenities. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel many times when coming to Barcelona for both business and pleasure and it never fails to delight! It's right in the heart of the city, yet very discreet and quiet. The rooms are really well appointed with a few nice surprises- they are not the predictable hotel room. And if you are there for leisure...

I was so glad that we chose the Sixtytwo! The staff upgraded us to a beautiful room with terrace. The rooms are luxurious and quiet. The street is similar to a NYC street with restaurants and shops but not the noise! The taxi stand is in front of hotel and Metro is a few steps away. My daughter and I...

I stayed a Sixtytwo last week with my daughter for her 30th Birthday celebrations. We had a lovely room with an amazing terrace in a quiet location. The decor, bed linen etc were top class. The location of the hotel is brilliant close to great bars and restaurants and the Gaudí apartment/house if its culture you're looking for. Laura and...

We visited with our two kids (6 and 9 yrs), and the hotel was really nice to us during the entirety of our stay. The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of cava, they had a small but super tasty breakfast and nice staff that could help with any question. The location is super, right on the Passeig de Gracia,...

Terrific place for fooling around in Barcelona. I carried see the casa Batllo in the doorway. It was exciting to have a terrace in the room. I love the style of the room although it was not very convenient for daily use. The breakfast was not included in the price but I am very happy to have tried it.

Found this gem online by pure chance when coming to support a friend running the Barcelona Marathon. Not the cheapest hotel in Barcelona, but certainly not the most expensive, but INCREDIBLE value for money. Location is just FIRST CLASS ! (And what's more the marathon ran right past the front door !) Reception team could not have been more helpful...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.

Tasteful touches courtesy of Moooi, Vitra, B&B and Philippe Starck give life to the hotel lobby and lounge, while the comfort of its 45 rooms is in part thanks to televisions by Bang&Olufsen, telephones by Jacob Jensen, taps by Tangent, Etro bathroom products, iPod stations, intelligent lighting systems and Nespresso coffee machines. At The Sixtytwo, all guests enjoy complimentary internet access. Our breakfast offer, including both a buffet prepared with fresh quality products as well as dishes à la carte cooked to order, will not leave you indifferent. The Sixtytwo Cocktail Lounge is open from 5pm until midnight. “We stayed in 504 it was very quiet and although at the back had a nice view and amazing terrace.”

“if you are asking for a junior suite in winter, make sure to ask for the table in the room. Our Junior suite room 505 had the dining table in the balcony which seem very useless in the cold weather. Also because of the large balcony the room is as small as those regular room. ”
