We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great also: close to shops and bus stops. We had purchased the breakfast deal, and the buffet was more than adequate with fresh juices, different types of bread, jams, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, etc. The girls at the buffet were so nice and friendly! The front desk staff was helpful but a little bit cold) All in all, our stay was great! Will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the first time in many years. Bright modern, comfortable and a good location. Brilliant value for money. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was uninspired and the scrambled eggs were poor! There is a great local restaurant right across the street where I had a great dinner.

Spent a weekend in Barcelona with my wife prior to attending a conference the commencing week. First time without kids in 8 years. Our hopes of having a good night sleep where shattered by a phone call on the hotel phone at 01:00 am from the front desk. A lady asked if we just called them??? After explaining that she just woke us up, she simply said ok sorry, by. Complained at the front desk the morning after only to be met by an arrogant, unfriendly manager claiming she knew nothing but promising to get back to us with an explanation. No smile, no apology, just a rude arrogant defensive look. At check out i did’t bother to ask, however no explanation and no apology.

The staff was really nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel is at a good location and you can get to many spots easily by walking or you can get on the hop on/ hop off bus, which is nearby.

Stayed in here for a week while in Barcelona and the location is great if you don't want to be directly in the center of the city. Room was very spacious, clean and staff was great! Great shops, cafes and restaurants all around. Would definitely come back!

Location of the hotel is central. Bus stop, Subway and tram are in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets are also available. The service was very good. Friendly staff. Especially the guy in restaurant.

The hotel provided an extremely poor experience. If possible, I would give them a 0 on any scale. The staff is extremely rude, not helpful at all, the hotel location is off and they do not even provide complementary water. In addition, they cheat you by charging €2.75 per 500 ml bottle of water during checkout which is normally complementary and they also dont tell you that they will do this during checkin or anywhere on the booking confirmation etc. In addition, the booking confirmation shows that all taxes are paid, but they charge you additional city tax of €5.00 per person per night. This is not mentioned anywhere in the booking confirmation or on the website. These are their secret ways of making money from foreigners. In addition, if you oppose these charges, they use aggressive rude language and behavior to intimidate you and also threaten to call police etc. They make wierd excuses for everything and in the end, charge your card without your permission. They have ZERO hoapitality values and only practice cheating passengers. The ladies in the morning shift, including the manager were involved in charging us despite paying everything upfront. This is absolutely extortion level tactics. Also, they put the blame on Agoda, which is where i booked the hotel from. They shout at you and ask you to go ask for refund from Agoda. I am utterly disappointed by the hotel, their service, their staff, and everything else. Highly recommend to AVOID THIS HOTEL at all cost IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND AND A DECENT SERVICE. You refused to pay for the consumed minibar bar (in the room you have the information with the prices) and you also refused to pay the Government Tourist Tax, information that you have in your reservation.
