Myself and my son stayed here for 5 nights on arrival we were early 1230 check in wasn’t till 3 and the women was very nice and got us a room. We were giving 2 keys. There was a bar down stair. Swimming pool on the roof was very cold but my son used it and enjoyed himself a lot. Our beds were changed and fresh towels were giving everyday 🥰the hotel has electric scooters and bikes as you walk in the door. They are to rent out for the day to people staying in the hotel only €20 for 24 hours which is brilliant u do have to pay €50 deposit but u get that back. I had rented out an electric scooter one day for €20 for an hour down town. Would highly Recommend renting one as you can get to see so much of we’re u are staying. There a street full on food places and little shops if u go for a nice walk around the beach is just across the road as well.

The family at AtlasAdventured highly recommends this hotel!
Our family stayed in this hotel in July 2023. We had been looking for something closer to the beach, but still a close distance to the heart of Barcelona, surrounded by restaurants, and of course, budget friendly.
Euro Hotel Barcelona Port checked every box for us! The location is perfect, directly across from Mar Bella Beach (which is a beautiful sandy beach with a few cafes along the water), and is situated in the PobleNou district of Barcelona. This area is known for its extensive cafes and tapas bars. Restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, and shopping are all within a short walk.
Directly outside of the hotel is a taxi line and a bus stop.
The outside of the hotel doesn’t look like much, but upon entry you are greeted by a beautiful lobby. Plenty of seating, the breakfast buffet, a bar, complimentary waters, and an adult size zen garden. Right off the lobby is a large outdoor patio with comfy seats and umbrellas. The people working the desk were extremely friendly. They helped our family find rooms as close together as they could.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. There is a large built-in, perfect for storing your suitcases. The bathroom was nice and bright with a big shower and great water pressure. There is also a mini fridge, a safe, and free wifi.
The rooftop terrace is the highlight of the hotel! The pool with the view steals the show. It overlooks all of Barcelona and when you turn around you get stunning views of the beach. There is tons of seating, a bar, toilets, and towels available. The drinks were strong but a little pricey (compared to restaurants in the area). We only ran into one rude bartender (who then gave us our drinks in smaller glasses and were definitely not as strong). But for that to be our only complaint about this hotel, we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

3 night stay for first time Barca touristy visit. Located close to beach (100m) with sea views. 20 mins from City Centre on Metro inc walk to station. Pretty good choice of local nearby restaurants.
Staff are obliging, rooms of a decent size and breakfast has pretty good selection.
Had to upgrade to junior suite, at extra cost, to get tea and coffee making facilities. (Thought this was a little petty that we couldn't just have a ķettle). Upgraded room was very large with lounge area plus whirlpool bath. Although the room interiors could do with a make over (ceiling cracks, scuffs etc. just looking a little tired).
Reception and first floor gallery is very warm indeed, but restaurant area temperature is ok. As mentioned, breakfast is pretty good, but dinner menu was virtually non-existent. Very small/poor set menu with we didn't try.
Wouldn't call this 4* as advertised, more 3*.

Let's begin with the positive. We had a good stay from the 3rd of July to the 7th of July. The local neighbourhood is very nice with many dining options. The Mar Bella and the Bogatell beach are very close, which is also very nice. The roof top pool with a partial view of the city as well as the sea, is a big plus.

But the hotel itself is very neglected. It's to the point where it's too much. Here are a few examples: In the elevator, the walls have big holes in them. In the room itself, the curtains are ripped in several places. The toilet roll holder is broken and hasn't been replaced. The lampshades and the lounge chair in the room have big stains on them. The walls have a dirty look to them with hand imprints. A lamp was flickering, so we couldn't use it. Like c'mon. On the way to the pool, there was red splatter on the wall leading up, which stayed like that for days. When bread or juice was missing from the breakfast bar, it wasn't refilled right away.

The customer experience - apart from the roof top pool - is also very basic. There's no balcony, no robe, no slippers, no coffee maker (not even allowed to bring coffee from breakfast to your room), no pen, no paper, nothing in the minibar, no bottle opener or kitchen supplies, just nothing. Not even a menu for room service. The room is empty apart from the very basics, like a bed, lamps, towels, chair, desk etc.

This hotel seems to get the better end of the deal, when the customer books their 4 star hotel experience. If not the for the location, our overall stay in Barcelona wouldn't have been as good. I give the hotel 2 stars. Those are for the location and the roof top pool. Also the cleaning staff ladies were very nice.

To be fair, if this hotel was marketed as a 2 or 3 star hotel, many people - including ourselves, would probably still book a stay there because of the location and the pool. It would be a just representation of what was to be expected, for both parties. We didn't make a fuss about anything, because we were there to enjoy ourselves for just a couple of days. But I decided to write this review so that this hotel can start making the needed improvements. It's got potential.

I am not satisfied. I paid 135 €/night for 6 nigths and when I arrived I was asked to pay 22 € more for fees which were not clearly mentioned on the price of the room when booking on their website. When I had a look on the price on the rooms once I was at the hotel, for the same days of my stay, the price was only 125 €/night. There is nothing for boiling water, tea, no coffee, etc. in the room. The level of price is not correct compared to the service, the room, the place. There is no drawer to put your clothes and no closet. The quality of the products in the bathroom is really poor (3 paper tissues in a plastic bag, toothbrush of poor quality in plastic bag, a small soap of poor quality in plastic bag and a paper glas in plastic bag). No brush for the toilets.
There was some stains on the floor in the room.
I had to call to install the channels on TV and a man spent 30 minutes in my room for the installation. One day, the towels were not changed and the bed not done. I asked for a discount which was promised but when I came back in the evening, I was told there will be no discount. Not correct. I would recommend to avoid this hotel which is too expensive. I discussed about that with a lady with whom I shared a taxi to the airport and she confirmed that the price is too high and the quality not there.

I don't understand why this hotel has so many bad reviews. We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor, our room was superb with sea views, freestanding bath, two sinks, a big bed and sofa too. It was cleaned every day. There is a good selection of breakfast.......... fruits, yoghurts, continental and cooked breakfast. Pastries, toast, juices and hot drinks.
Two bars but we only used the pool bar. Staff are friendly.
The hotel location is great, just across the road from the beach and in the neighbourhood of Poblenou where there are endless restaurants to choose from. The metro is 5 to 10 minutes walk so it's easy to get into the centre of Barcelona. You can always walk to Barcelona centre - it took us one and a half hours at a leisurely pace. I would high recommend this hotel.

We choose the hotel because we had a tournament in the nearby sports installation. Cleanliness was below average, when you shower you wet all the bathroom floor due to the shower design and the hotel lacked common amenities that other hotels in Barcelona provide (courtesy water of bottle, bidet towel).
Personnel is really nice but it will not be a first choice for me again.

We stayed at Eurohotel for 2 weeks so I believe I am well placed for an accurate review
Firstly, thank you to Albert, Michela, Carla and Andrea- and the others whose names I didn't know. You all made our stay wonderful and unforgettable
We enjoyed every minute
Such helpful staff. Carla and Michaela every morning without me asking ensured I had my gluten free bread
Andrea and Albert on front desk gave us ideas on where to see or where to eat, and each evening asked how our day was
Albert listened to my terrible Spanish, helped me correct it and gave me Catalan options
You are such dear people who I hope we see again
Here is the biggest THANKYOU, GRACIAS, I can manage

Reviews weren't great and we set up for disappointment but we were thankfully pleased at what we found. The staff were friendly and the room clean (twin beds). The water was hot, unfortunately not in the roof top pool in January! The room had air-con and the breakfast was plenty if not some oddities like Spanish sausage and frittata amongst the continental croissants, cheese etc. It was a nice area too close to the beach and Las Ramblas Poblenou which had many shops/bars.

This hotel is comfortable lovely bathroom, good cheap breakfast, the pool and terrace bar seating area was really good, it was very reasonably priced and will definitely use again. Restaurants were just one block down and we ate at the same restaurant every night of 5 nights it had such a good varied menu. The location was a little further out than ideal but that was why it was more reasonably priced. The place was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. All in all a great hotel to return to.
