I can confirm the layout of the hotel entrance, (street level, no steps) reception area, corridors and lifts are all easy and large enough for wheelchair users. After that I don't feel I can advise really. I know some bathrooms have only showers where as others have bath/shower combined.
I would suggest you contact directly the hotel for your requirements as they will be able to advise accordingly and make any notes should you decide to confirm your booking. All staff we came across were extremely helpful in every way.

Thank you very much for your question. As other users said, we are in the city center, so it is like any other city center in Europe, but definetely not unsafe. In the area we have two metro stations at less than 5 minutes walking distance, we have a hospital on the same street, a police station one street up, a supermarket on the corner, and plenty of bars and restaurants.
In addition, we are close to the main attractions: la Rambla (always so crowded), the City Hall, Plaça Catalunya, the Cathedral of Barcelona, the Barceloneta area (the old port), etc.

As other users said, we have cribs free of charge for children up to two years old. Since you are 4 people, we will recommend you the triple room with one crib free of charge or the family room. The family room, which would be perfect for you, is based in two connecting rooms at the end of a corridor, so you can close the main door and leave the other two room doors open as your convenience. One of these rooms has one bid bed an a shower and the other room has two beds pushed together and a bathtub.
We do hope that we are able to accommodate you in the near future.
