We stayed here a for few nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean and relatively quiet. Internet is free but then a little bit eratic in connectivity/download speed. Our bathroom was maybe a little bit tired, but absolutely up to the task. When we asked the concierge/reception about where to go out for dinner, the...

Such a beautiful hotel with each floors artwork been done by a different artist. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the room service is great value. The only downside is the hotels distance from the city Center but there is a metro just a short walk away.

Thank you very much for your comments; we are very happy that you enjoy your stay at the Sercotel Ámister Art Hotel. The hotel is only 7 minutes walk from the nearest station and there are a lot of buses close to the hotel to go to the city centre. Albert Serra General Manager

The location isn't bad for sightseeing, but does require a few blocks of walking before reaching the main tourist areas. We arrived on a national holiday and had to walk from the train station to the hotel. It wasn't too bad but it was hot and pulling luggage didn't help. The hotel itself is nice has a small pool on...

We only stayed for one night in Barcelona before we had to leave again, but it was an all round great stay. The rooms were crispy clean with everything we needed. It is walking distance from Las Ramblas, but we took a taxi because of our two small children who accompanied us. We had a great breakfast the next morning...

We stayed just one night pre-cruise; arriving late and leaving early the next day. The check-in staff were pleasant we were located on the second floor - the room over the main entrance with the grand balcony! This room is huge, with what seems like a triple Kingsize bed, comfy sofa, chair, desk/dressing table. The bathroom is a decent size...

Very clean and helpful staff. Awesome stay. Wish we had more time there. Location was a little off the main areas, but it was quiet and secure. There are many restaurants in the area and even a little grocery store across the street.

I stayed here for 3 nights with the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and was delighted to find toothpaste and toothbrush in the room as I left mine at home. Body lotion was a bonus as I was unable to pack one due to carry on luggage only. Close to bus stop and for me,...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
