Got an incredible deal through ebookers for 3 nights including flights and hotel. Thought would be in trouble with wife as hotel must be cheap and nasty. It isnt luxury but absolutely nothing wrong with it. On the bus route from airport and walking distance to everything

We stayed for 5 nights in the room 210, it was really nice and clean (we expected a darker, yellow toned room like in the pictures) but I guess the rooms have been renovated some time ago. Our room was clean and white and seemed very new. Amazing quality for the price I think! The breakfast was ok, but if...

The Hotel Del Comptes big advantages are its location and very reasonable prices. As other reviewers have indicated it is only 200 mtrs. from Urgell Metro station which is located on the main thoroughfare Gran Via De Les Corts Catalanes where regular buses are also available. 15 minutes walk will bring you to the Placa De Catalunya at the top...

The hotel is close to a metro station and offers the comfort and services you need for a weekend stay in Barcelona. Breakfast was ok, although not necessary to have as there are several nice places around the corner.

Overall very good with the hotel and rooms now looking good after some work, breakfast room fronting onto street but it is only used for breakfast when it would make a lovely cafe-bar or even a restaurant. Also a little bit petty to charge 2€ to put your luggage in a locker when leaving(not when arriving)

I believe the location is great, its kind like in the middle of the Must see places in Bcn. I had a business trip with some free time. If you like to walk La Sagrada Famiglia is like 35 min walk and from there Park Guell is 30 mi. Walk, nice environment and pleasant to walk around. Port and Marina...

Arrived in Barcelona and had my bag stolen, the chap at reception could not have been any more helpful, printing out maps to allow me to get medication. The room was really clean and comfy, plus point for myself was that there was a bath. The breakfast was filling and set us up for the day. Only down point was...

We enjoyed our stay here while in Barcelona for a few days. It's very close to public transit (though Barcelona is very walkable), and just a few minutes to the airport express bus stop (Urgell) which is awesome. Our room was modern, clean, and the shower was large. Our only complaint is we had asked for a double bed (booked...

The room...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
