Room was relatively quiet and clean but no tea/coffee making facilities for a supposed 4 star hotel. Staff friendly but woe betide if you want room service. This is offered unless the bar man is injured!! ..............Then you get nothing as the bar and room service is cancelled. For a four star hotel that is really poor. Not impressed but...

Dear Guest, I'm so sorry to hear that your experience with us was tainted by this incident regarding the lack of room service. In effect, on the day you desired this service, our waiter had unfortunately suffered an injury at the last minute and was unable to work. Regrettably, at such short notice, we were unable to find a replacement....

Excellent location and service. The staff is very cool and helpful. The location is excellent just a few steps of Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. The room is very comfortable and modern ( we were 2 adults and 3 kids). Definitely we will come back!

Just around the corner from Gaudi's beautiful Casa Batlló (it's evening more stunning at night) the hotel was very central to transport and other walkable attractions. About 5 minutes away from Las Ramblas it was easy to get to nice restaurants and bars without much trouble. A definite recommendation would be visiting El Nacional for a Gatsy meets Tapas collection...

I have enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot. The personnel was always helpfull and very polite. Also they speak a lot of different languages, which is very convenient. Wifi and breakfast included (in my case at least). It was very quiet in the hotel, no noisy neighbours or any other sounds. Very close to the Rambla de Catalunya....

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
