Detailed Reviews
This place is alright and I think for the price and location it's worth it. I stayed in a 6 person bunk bed room and overall it was a comfortable stay. The only complaints I have are the weird set up they have with the sink and the shower. It's a bit cramped and the shower is literally right in the room, which could make it a bit uncomfortable if a lot of other people are staying there. There's obviously a door but it's glass and you can sort of see through it when someone is in there.
The staff were nice and helpful and there's footlockers in the rooms to keep your stuff in. I suggest you bring your own lock. The location is great, very close to Diagonal and you can easily walk to restaurants and stores, and other major locations.
This place seems to be a bit more catered to children and families. When I went, there were a lot of kids as if there was some sort of school trip of children of about 12-15 years old with their teachers. Because of this, it's hard to meet people if you're a young adult in your 20s travelling alone. I didn't meet anyone in this hostel and ended up making friends at bars.
Overall, I would probably stay here again. The price was pretty good and the beds are good enough.

Clean. Free WiFi. Air conditioning. Very close to Passeig de Gràcia, Sagrada Familia and metro. Good breakfast and dinner options. Friendly and helpful staff.
Space for group meetings. There is a kitchen which is useful. There is a terrace but it’s not open after 8pm. I would stay here again.

Dont get me wrong it had some ups and downs , 1 being the other holdiday people next door who had us up at all hours. The sports court was 7 euro to rent out and the towels were 3 qwid, having previously being told it was a qwid. However there was nice meatballs in the vendy for a nice scran and the staff was friendly. Being a large male sleeping on a bottom bunk resulted in some morning head wounds but other than that I slept like a baby lol lol. The spinning bikes in the lobby where broken and me and my mate Joey Joey 'BopBop' got up for a morning spin to be disappointed by that. Got a feeling the scoreboard in the lobby had a faulty battery or the game was just having a really long time out. I did enjoy parts tho and overall it wasn't toooo bad like don't get me wrong ive been better however ive been worse. recommend it for few night stay.

Rooms are decent but getting any sleep is impossible. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on around you. Very expensive for what you get, I wouldn’t recommend.
Not the worst hostel I’ve been in but I wouldn’t come back..

I explained my situation and why i need the bill to the staff and they promised me to send it monday 24th of july . Do you think that this respectful for your costumer who is spending all the day calling and sending emails just to get A BiLL ???

Cancelled on us the morning of our booking and left us in an extremely stressful situation trying to find somewhere else to stay when we had already landed in Barcelona. Then did not answer the phone when I tried to call multiple times. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

We got to the hostel in the early morning of 30th December for the New Year's Eve. The two guys that were on our room forced and broke the lockers where our bags were. They stole all of my clothes and my bag and almost all of the clothes of my friend!
This hostel just did not care and did not take any responsability! Their lockers were broken into and damaged and the boss just acted like they didn't have any responsibility! We want our money back and the value of our clothes!
Awful and terrible attitude!

I have stayed in hostels before, so I know you expect less because youre paying less. But this was terrible. The communal areas are ok, but the rooms are horrible. The shower is about a metre across from a bunk bed, and has no lock on the transparent glass door. So you have to put your towel over the door and hope nobody walks in because its unlocked. Your towel gets wet and its just an absolute nightmare in geeral. Then when youve finished showering, theres no area to get ready in private. So you have to take your clothes into the tiny toilet cubicle and attempt getting ready in there if you can. Then, the sinks are right beside two beds, so if you turn the tap on too much you will splash water on people while they lie in bed. On the walls of the hostel near the stairs it says that theres a separate shower room, which would be ideal. But when I asked at receptio where it was, the guy told me that it was a mistake, the sign shouldnt be there, and the only showers are the ones in the rooms. Also, the windows in the rooms dont open, so if your room smells like mine did, theres nothing you can do about it. Book somewhere else.

This hostel was the worst hostel I have every stayed in. I went here on a school trip and the first day we got there I went to the downstairs toilet and I found sick in the sink. I then went into the rooms to find out that I was sharing a room with 8 people with one shower, one toilet and two sinks. I also found blood on the sheets and pubic hair. The door didn't even open in the room. The food was diabolical. it was cold and you had to microwave it if you wanted it to be warm which is horrible. The food was bland. I don't recommend anyone to stay here it is the worst hostel I have ever seen.

Ive been traveling around the world and i always stay in a hostel BUT this hostel in Barcelona i choose was disappointing.
August 6 ,2019 When I arrived at the hostel at around 10am from my Berlin, Germany trip. The morning reception who assisting me are so nice.. She told me the c/In is 14hrs which i know. Then i told her that i will pay now and i will wait at the lounge area.
However, at around 1:57pm, There was a very rude discriminating receptionist (she’s a curvy lady with a long curly hair, sorry I didn’t got her name . Lucky her)
I asked her in a very nice way if can already check-in. She asked me to sit in the lounge and told me to come back at 2:05pm, I told her that it’s ok I can stand beside the reception and wait for the time, she then told me, “sit because there was a que or else YOU CANNOT SLEEP HERE TONIGHT”. I cannot be expected to still keep my cool so I told her sarcastically what a good customer service she was and she then responded back to me, “the same, YOU ARE A FILIPINO”… I guess that is why she wasn’t treating me nicely, because I am a Filipino.

Yes, there is a laundry room :)
Just take cash with you it's easier. You get charged exchange fees and you get bad exchange rates on top if you use your card abroad. In my experience when foreigners use a card it charges the card without a pin and you have to sign so make sure your card is signed. Other times it works as normal. It really depends on the place.
There are lockers in the rooms
