The location and the price were ok. It's close to the metro station. The rooms are clean, but the beds creak and the blankets are not attractive at all, they look old and dusty.. The breakfast is simple. I found hair and fine sand in the salad. The way of cleaning the dishes is not hygienic; the tools for floor...

This is a fabulous find. The rooms are clean and cosy. The location is superb with the metro 2 mins away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were competitively priced. Will certainly book again.

I have never written a review, but I had to after this experience. I stayed for 4 months, and the "hostal" was not as advertised. Not many students, mostly odd, older people. The staff is unfriendly and charge you for everything, even to weigh your suitcase. The rooms are always dusty, and some mold. Super small (dirty) rooms, with extremely...

So we stayed her a night before and a night after our cruise. 4 adults in one room. No locks on bathroom doors and felt like I was at a Halfway house. Nice area and lots of shops around. First I will start with the pros- 1-the front desk staff were more than helpful. They were more than happy to...

We are fully aware that this is not an expensive exclusive five star hotel, but at least we expect a clean room, clean towels and a new set if we ask for it. The room was basic clean but dusty. The towels were laundered but not clean.. We asked the staff for new ones and they said they were gonna...

Arrived on Friday as a group of 18 and we were there earlier than check in time. Four rooms were ready & people checked in. We were told to leave our bags in a waiting area that would be locked & to come back in an hour & half. We went to the shop across the road for some refreshments...

This hotel/hostel is really honest about itself. It was exactly what I expected it to be. Staff were friendly, the hotel was easy to navigate and our room was huge. Due to it's hostel status and cheap prices it is obviously very basic, but if you just need a base from which to explore the city then it's great. If...

it looked like an old student dorm but still have a common kitchen and living area on the firs floor, which is nice because you were able to get ice and drinks, there was a microwave, etc. Th balcony was huge, the view awesome ! the streets was busy noisy sometimes at night , we had to close the windows....

It's not a super quality hotel but if you're looking for a chip hotel, then it's great for you. Breakfast was ok. We didn't have any problem with the wi-fi. The hotel is very very close to Lesseps metro station so you can access to the city center and even to the airport very easily. If you are planning to...

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
