I won't bother repeating all the good things that have been said about this hotel, but I will endorse every last one of them. You'll get a fantastic welcome and meet a great bunch of people, who will do their best to make your stay...More
I reserved the hotel directly via telephone - Rita was very helpful and we were lucky enough to obtain the last room available on the dates we needed it.
On arrival we had a very friendly welcome from Marina who recommended a few good places...More
It's close to everything yet hidden away behind a convent. The private garden is a haven with coffee/bar available until 11pm. The host was so friendly and helpful and recommended one of the best meals we've had in Spain: Borraquilla de Roca....fantastic Italian food reasonably...More
Ditto to all the rave reviews. A 5 on every count. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful of the five fine hotels stayed at during our June visit to northern Spain and Lisbon. The lovely garden area out back is a fine place...More

Regarding the parking , we have to tell you that we do not have parking space at hotel, as we are placed within the historical centre of Santiago, where car circulation is not allowed. But we have a special agreement with "PARKING LA SALLE" a nearby car park, which offers a rate of 10 euro a day to our guests.
Personally, I suggest to drive towards street Porta da Pena, where our hotel is placed, and once there, you will find three bollards on the street that stop cars going into the old town. Costa Vella is just on the right and it will take you less than 10 seconds to tell us that you have arrived and you are waiting there. This way, we´ll open the entrance and you will be able to leave the car in from of the hotel for a few minutes to get the luggage and be explained about the best way to get to car park, or even about places to park on the nearby streets.,ok ?. It´s not a special procedure at the entrance: you ought to keep the ticket and we´ll put a stamp of the hotel. When you leave, you need to show the personal there and you´ll get the discount.
