Excellent location for business or leisure, right in the middle of town, only 10 minute walk to the business area. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you, good sized rooms with excellent wifi through out hotel, room service if required. Food can be a little on the pricey side, but good quality, drinks well priced, didn't feel ripped off,...

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We changed room as we weren't happy with our first one and management were keen to help.Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed which we were not told about by our travel agent. Enjoyed the bar area, drinks, food and the pool room.We had breakfast there just once- after queueing- in a room...

I was surprised to find that the Hotel was being renovated on my arrival as i had not been advised of this prior to checking in. The pool and sun deck and restaurant on the roof are closed until May 2017 and meals are being taken in the terrace bar downstairs. During the day there is a lot of disturbance...

I and my husband stayed at this hotel for three nights and liked it a lot.We had a large bedroom with a good size clean spacious shower area. The bed was superking size and comfortable. The foyer and dining area are so comfortable and pleasant with a nice overlook onto a leafy square and outside sitting area. The staff are...

The committee and performers of the Gibraltar Philharmonic Society always go to the Eliot hotel after the concerts. There is a wonderful atmosphere there, often with live jazz. The hotel kindly waits for us to close the kitchen so that we can offer our performers dinner after the concerts. We are always very well served by Jesús, The smiling waiter....

Generally the hotel is good but it is now at the stage where it is in need of some TLC and renovation as the interior is looking worn. Disappointed that during Late November there was a lot of building work going on in the upper roof area meaning the pool and associated area were closed off. Also as a result...

The hotel and room were excellent. Staff were helpful & friendly. The Christmas meal was not impressive. The Starter of prawns was good. The sorbet was excellent. The Christmas Turkey consisted of large steaks of Turkey, 5 very white potatoes (supposed to be roast), large slice of some sort of stuffing, really uncooked sprouts and carrots, swimming in gravy. Grandma's...

Arrived early afternoon checked in by a very welcoming and efficient reception staff. Some alteration work being carried out on top floor but this didn't detract from our experience. Room very spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff most helpful and friendly. On the down side housekeeping was poor and the room was not properly serviced. Entertainment in...

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff. However, this is where our planned weekend away went in an unexpected direction. We were informed that the pool on the roof and the rooftop restaurant and bar were closed due to refurbishment. Furthermore there is extensive renovation work going at the front of the building and the sea view room my...
