Lovely ,clean , friendly central city hotel with spacious , quiet rooms.
Breakfast was assisted due to Corona but was very good and the service superb.
Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Calle Laurel is 15 mins walk and another 5 minutes brings you to the cathedral.
We were on a Golf/wine tasting recce for a travel company and found that this hotel was in the centre for golf courses and wine tasting at the bodegas.
The only gripe is the underground garage. Very tight and cramped and not for the feint hearted. €19 per night is a little on the high side. Free parking CAN be found 500m away but is this convenient?
I would stay here again for definite

Even though it’s still post COVID this is not good enough. Officially 4 stars. I guess that is a while ago. The facilities at the hotel is very basic to say the least. Bar is closed. Restaurant ? Not sure. Did not see any. Staff only talked and greeted you if you started. Asked for iron equippment. Non excisting. Blend impression over all. Location good. Easy access to most interesting places. Will not choose this hotel personally again.

This hotel is all that you need on a visit to Logrono. It is set at the west end of the Gran Via and is easy walking distance to the shopping area, bars, cafes and restaurants in the town as well as the places of historical interest. It has a garage accessed from the street behind the hotel and has lift access to the reception. The rooms are of reasonable size and are soundproofed and air conditioned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Gran Via. Excellent customer service from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is fresh, lots of varieties of foods and friendly staff to make drinks. Location is central and easy to walk around Logrono. I've stayed here twice and will come back!

I stayed two nights in August. The city is quiet in these days, well not in nights when you can find lot of people in a street called Laurel (where a lot of "pinchos" can be eaten for low prices).
The hotel is in main street Gran Via, close to the city centre (10 minutes and you are in historic area). The hotel met our requests and we were sent to a room in the seventh floor. The room was not very large but it was ok. Everything correct and peace at night. We get an offer where breakfast was included and the breakfast was very good and with a lot of variety. We also got some tickets for an exhibition about La Rioja. I rate this hotel above average in order to give a good mark but I have to recognise it is worth as 4 star hotels and what you get is the minimum I expected for this type of hotels in Spain. The point is I got it, so I was happy!!

We spent a night there last week , the hotel is on a very busy street and parking the car was a nightmare and expensive. First we had to park outside on the pavement, check in, and then drive round the block to access the underground hotel garage. Our car (a Volvo) was not that big , but it was impossible to park it in the space allocated. We contacted reception and ended up getting a hotel manager to park it for us - he couldn't park in the designated space either and parked it in his own space. This involved him performing about a 30-point maneuvre to get into the space, twice bumping into another parked car!
The hotel was very busy with business meetings , room on the 7th floor was fine and quiet with the window closed, although the air con was not working and had to be fixed. It then blew air but was not cold enough and in the morning when the sun was on our window it was uncomfortably hot in the room. We complained when checking out as our friend had noticed the same thing, and were told that no one else had complained.
Breakfast was good.
Hotel well placed for shopping and close to the old part of town where there are plenty of Tapas bars for eating.
Overall the hotel was ok although I would recommend parking in the public car park just across the road.

To begin; this location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions, the metro, the City Bus tour. (Worth it.) The hotel is beautiful. The beds and pillows are very, very comfortable. Not a large closet, if you worry about that. Amazing water pressure and very hot. Turn the shower head to the wall and adjust the temperature before entering. Use the shower mat! Very slippery floor. Our room had a small terrace which was very nice. While it faced the back of several apartment buildings it was fine. The hotel is immaculate. There is a 4 o'clock tea time. Small sandwiches, pastry, coffee and you can meet other guests. The coffee machine is available 24/7. Check out the patio behind the dining room. The hotel staff is especially helpful. The Gran Via is rated 3 stars but is worthy of higher. We especially want to thank Karen in the food service area; and at the front desk, Marc, Lydia and Oskar. Have fun in Barcelona.

We have stayed in the Hotel Gran Via for nearly 10 years from now ever since we visit our bussiness partners in Logroño. The attention is remarkable and the hotel is very convenient for exploring downtown Logroño, shopping and holding bussiness meetings.
