The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us wherever possible. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is exceptional and I cannot honestly think of anything that could be improved,

Stayed for four nights, accommodation bright and spacious. Great to have kitchen facilities and a welcome bottle of wine, a nice touch. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Bathroom included a jacuzzi bath which was great after a busy day walking around the city. Outside area of hotel looked a little scruffy however a short walk and you...

This Hotel/Apartment Suite has a great location less than a minute from the Plaza de España, the Royal Palace and a short walk to Gran Vía (also Plaza Mayor is less than 15 minutes walk), the room was very bright, airy and clean with comfortable beds, a great kitchenette and a magnificent shower. I opted to get the breakfast one...

Lovely, spacious clean rooms right in the heart of madrid. The hotel WiFi was exceptionally fast which is a key amenity for me when choosing a hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was quite useful too. My only complaint is that the hotel offers a self service laundry service for 20EUR. However, the laundry is located down...

This was a really nice hotel. It was clean and spacious. The location was good. About a 10 minute walk from a metro station (uphill!) and close to all attractions. You do have to cross a busy street to get to everything, but it's safe. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. We flew in very early and told...

Took a suite for my parents and I. Breakfast was above average, rooms were clean, and we were across from the parliament and plenty of walkable restaurants and landmarks. Only down was noisy street at night, but we always were able to lock the balcony doors/windows to get better rest at night. Staff were friendly and multilingual (uncommon in Spain,...

We spent the Christmas Eve there, great location, close to shopping district, old city and Royal Palace. Great view of Royal Palace from the balcony. However, not very close to the art museum. We have the one bedroom suite : one queen size bed at bedroom, and they placed two single beds at the living room, great for family. The...

This hotel offer, excellent value and service, convenient location and spacious rooms. Being an aparthotel it doesn't offer room service (as far as I could tell) but that is to be expected. I recommend highly this hotel for families looking for mid budget accommodations.

We stayed at this friendly establishment for 10 days. Our room # 76 was right across the Royal Palace. Greta view from the balcony! The room was very comfortable, the kitchenette was well-equipped, the bathroom was large and very modern. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was handy for preparing our own breakfast topped with the Nespresso coffees...
