What makes a great hotel? The answer? Fantastic staff! The rooms are comfortable and modern. The common areas are very relaxing. The metro is an easy 5 minutes walk. The staff are so helpful. The complentary food and drinks in the common area are a great idea. The option advertised at the front desk to take a free morning run...

The Artiem is a modern, clean, quiet hotel close to the airport. For the price, I was extremely surprised. The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. As a bonus there were free food and soft drinks in the lobby. My only *small* gripe was the translucent bathroom door. I know it's all the rage these days, but it doesn't...

Free food, friendly staff and a five-a-side court round the corner! Easy to get in to the city without the noise at night. Staff helped book taxi to airport for return flight and everything went without a hitch.

My wife & I stayed in their Urban Top Terrace Room for 4 nights, and other than the non-central Madrid location, we absolutely loved this hotel. With free food, drinks & snacks any time, all day every day, with a changing menu depending on the time of the day, it's definitely great value. They have sandwiches, fruits, soups, pastries, nuts,...

We knew this hotel was going to be a little way out of the city centre but decided to try it. We did use a taxi every day to get into the city to save time (cost varied between €14-€18) the staff, the room, the comfort all made it worth while. Breakfast was very good. The refreshments in the area...

The hotel is located at 15 minutes from the train station, in a quiet street. Staff were very friendly upon arrival, and offered me free beverages and snacks in the hotel lobby (nice and cosy setup by the way). Rooms are spacious, have a modern design, and there's the possibility to select from a wide array of pillows. Definitely recommended...

It is a super sleek, clean, fresh hotel which makes you feel quite relaxed. It isn't in the centre but as previous reviews have mentioned the metro is a quick and easy way to get to the tourist parts. Loved the large, spacious rooms, breakfast was lovely and it was great having snacks and drinks available all day in the...
