Excellent hotel, easily among the best I've stayed so far. Modern, simple and no fuss. The room was spacious, modern, clean and had some nice touches like a toiletry kit (comb, ear buds, even shoe polish) which most other hotels don't give. The morning buffet breakfast was just awesome for 12EUR with a huge spread including a live counter. The... More

Artiem is by far a five star experience, centrally located, delightful staff and pleasant service. Loved the green theme and the unlimited snacks and drink non-stop at no cost. Morning run or/and room work out was just a call away and the (room-gym)came with a stretching mat. A must visit again and again!

Artiem hotels pride themselves on the service of their staff and this was true to that commitment. Breakfast was nice and the room was spacious. Great to have a proper King-sized bed rather than two beds stuck together. An added bonus was the area in the lobby where you can help yourself to free sandwiches, drinks (including beer and wine)... We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip to Spain in November. The staff was very friendly and helpful with maps and even attempted to book us a tour to Salamanca. What is so nice about this hotel is that it is incredibly quiet -- for our jet lag days it was incredibly helpful, and... More

We visited Madrid on a city break. 12 minutes by taxi from airport. Quiet location in residential area. 7 minute walk to the metro. 20 minutes to centre of Madrid. Metro very clean, very efficient and only 12euros for 10 passes. Hotel is excellent with a good sized room. Breakfast is more than adequate with a large buffet selection and... More

... to spend a week in Madrid. It is out of the way from whatever happens in the city, but is well connected, in a very quiet zone, and only a couple of blocks from some pretty complete avenues like Calle José del Hierro, where you can buy any everyday things you might need. The place in neat, the rooms... More

I love this hotel! To give you a point of reference, we just got back to Europe after backpacking in Costa Rica, so our standards are quite low. But even if they weren’t, I still think I’d love this place. There’s free food, free wine, free open bar. What’s not to love?! The rooms are spacious. There is an amazing... More

One of the best hotels that i have stayed in. Wish this chain had locations outside of Spain. Room was modern and large. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extra perks in common area (food, wine, beer, soda)

Nice spacious and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value in breakfast when purchased as part of reservation. Lounge area with selection of complementary snacks, coffee/tea and drinks. A bit far from subway but manageable.

From the moment you arrive you know that this has been a good choice. Your research tells you that the hotel is well outside the centre and this is a bonus if you like a quiet destination. If like us you are not afraid of a walk then the subway about 5 mins away gives you easy access to the... More
