Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I think it is true to say that in every respect this is the best apartment I have ever encountered! The location was ideal - opposite the railway station, surrounded by cafes , 8 minutes walk from the centre of Madrid and most important - very very quiet! We were a family of 3 adults and 2 children and therefore a 3 bedroom apartment (2A) was ideal. There were 2 bathrooms complete with fluffy white towels , a fully equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable bedrooms. The cleanliness of the whole apartment was exceptional. The company was extremely helpful and emails were answered almost immediately.

Simply perfect!

Very nice and well-kept apartment, we were two families for a total of 7 people.

3 large rooms, clean and tastefully furnished!

A large and bright living area, it was almost a shame to have to leave the house!

Very tactical location, attached to the Reina Sofia museum, 15 minutes from the Prado and 20 minutes walk from practically everything there is to see in a few days!..

Absolutely recommended!

Pros: awesome location. Near metro and train station. Clean rooms. Main colours r white so can tell things r clean. Well equipped kitchen with detergent n dishwashing tablet provided too. Staff is very helpful as she came up to guide us on how to use washing machine after I asked. Lockers r provided upon checkout

Cons: tiny bathroom and rooms rather dark.

Can be improved: to provide tea bags on top of coffee :D

We walked here from the train station (about ten minutes). Location was easy to find and check-in was very easy also. Our apartment was spacious and clean and we appreciated the decor. Simple yet stylish.
If you choose to use the washer/dryer, allow quite some time. It takes a few hours. You might even want to air-dry instead.
Don't miss out on breakfast downstairs at Scarlett and for dinner, try Oven Mozzarella or Sukaldea Atotxa right around the corner.

This is the first night our family accommodated in this apartment and we experienced a terrible experience!

There is no hot water supply for the shower!!

We tried to call the so call emergency hotline (+34) 619 175 632, and the only replies provided was they could only send a technician the next day morning as the apartment was too far away to them.

That’s totally unacceptable and terrible!!! It’s now Winter and they expect the kids to shower with cold water? ?

What a terrible experience to accommodate in this apartment!!

Select them only if u want to shower with cold water in Winter!

New, modern, functional, very comfortable and top 10 design.

Highlight:

- Parking option in the same building during your stay for a very good price.
- Very friendly staff.
- Well acoustically isolated
- Autonomous card recovery in case of loss

This review is for 60 balconies iconic.

So, a surprise for me, after reserving on booking.com, is that this is an apart hotel.

Positives - the location is AMAZING and the room (we had an appt for 3 people) was EXCELLENT .
Staff were very helpful.
Very clean throughout.
Bed was super comfortable.
Kitchen was well equipped.
A gorgeous breakfast was delivered every morning. Bread, fruit, yogurts, cereals…

Negatives - pool (which had workmen upgrading the roof terrace) was freezing. Naturally, not heated, but attached to hose from mains water. Icy.
Personally, not a fan of the frosted glass doors/walls to the toilet.
We had a large teenager sleeping on the pull down single bed. Was a bit small.

Positives far outweigh the negatives. As long as you don’t have your heart set on swimming, you will not regret staying here.

My apartment had three large windows overlooking Calle de Atocha and Paseo del Prado -- what a view! The constant flow of cars, busses and people was mesmerizing, while the sound was quieted by the excellent window glass. The location couldn't be better, with a metro stop outside the door, bus stops nearby, and the Atocha station an easy walk away. The staff was quickly responsive to the one problem I had, and the daily clean was a nice feature. Couldn't recommend more!

This was a wonderful apartment, clean and comfortable, with all the essentials. Close to the train station and the metro. Close to lots of cafes and steps away from the Prado, the Reina Sofia and El Retiro Park. The staff were helpful and spoke good English (for is non Spanish speakers this was much appreciated). We were coming back to Madrid for a transit day before flying home and actually cancelled our previously planned accommodations so we could stay here another night!! Highly recommend.

Great location: 5 minutes walk from Atocha station and 10-15 minutes walk to city centre.

Although it is facing busy traffic, the double glazed windows manage to keep the sound to a minimum, though siren sounds from emergency vehicles are still heard throughout.

Furnishing is above average and the place is big, tidy, neat and very comfortable. Prompt and clear communications are given on how to get to the premises.

Great place to stay in Madrid.

Room is serviced each day but not sure if it extends to major cleanup after children. You might want to clarify what is included with the manager.
