This hotel is new and clean. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. However, I found that I didn't sleep that well. The pillows were an odd shape and not comfortable. You could here the doors banging as guests came and left their rooms. I was trying to have a little lie-in on my first morning. But no chance of...

I've stayed at the Peurta America a number of times on business and every time on a different floor. The concept of every floor being designed by a different architect/designer is sooooo cool it's not true! from the weird white-out no lines/corners of Zaha Hadid's floor to the star wars black and red neon and everything in between is unique....

I stayed there twice in the past, on the 7th and 11th flr...but liked the 7th floor room much better. Had a circular bed with a projector overhead instead of a tv. Truly space age feel...was great value given its fairly central location.

Good place small breakfast area with a good breakfast From a location perspective this is on the fringe of the city and this means taxi if you are not up for a 15- 20 min walk to nice restaurants. rooms are funny and really interesting, also all are different but at times strange.

Value for money Hotel, my wife and I were really pleased with service and staff. Thanks for bottle of quality wine in room on arrival. Well placed for our excursions around and in Madrid. A great city - bars, restaurants and sites to see.

Stayed for four nights on the first floor - each floor has a different design concept so I will clarify that this review may not be representative of the rest of the hotel. The rooms on this floor are black bedrooms and white bathrooms and I am talking black carpets, black walls and black ceilings ditto for the bathrooms in...

Dear Costumer, First of all we would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to answer your impressions about our hotel at Tripadvisor, since we read your comments at our suggestions forms, but it was absolutely impossible to contact you directly as the reservation was made thru your company agency. The room 121 was designed by Zaha Hadid...

Stayed in the Zaha Hadid room, really cool! Good service at reception and good room-service! Fantastic room. Also a nice bar downstairs and upstairs one with awesome views over the city! 5* hotel for me.

This is a great hotel, very quirky and designed for appreciation and art rather than function. that saying the service was great ( if expensive) and the room was crazy ( in a good way). all floors are designed along a theme and are priced differently. I went for a deal for 3 nights at considerably less than the rack...

Certainly the most interesting and unusual hotel I have ever stayed in. If you can get a good price and you are into fantasy, you'll find this hotel intriguing. Every guest floor was designed by a different architect, each of whom I believe was given total free reign to do sometimes bizarre designs. Step out the door of the elevator...

Somewhere between a 4 and a 5, but definitely not the traditional old line luxury hotel. As noted each floor is designed by a different well known architect (including 3 Pritzker award winners). You generally get your choice of several available rooms on check in. Overall the interiors tend to the severely modern and minimalist. They are not aiming for...
