A clean and friendly hotel. I'm not sure what was below our bathroom but every night it smelt of cigarette smoke which was quite unpleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was quick and ok. Breakfast was nice with an assortment of breads, cheese , meats, cereals, yogurt and jams. Good value for money but a... Although the hotel is situated a bit far from the centre, there is a subway entrance very close to it. Overall, we were very satisfied: amazing Mediterranean breakfast (with churros!), very good room (try out the 'sweet bed') and bathroom, all pretty clean...

This hotel is pretty far from the centre so if you came as a tourist, be prepared to spend half an hour to get to and from the attractions. That is the only downside - but even that isn't a big deal. Ibis is very close to metro station and the line it's on takes you straight to the city... More

Hotel is comfortable and clean and its staff really makes the difference, they are super helpful and friendly!!! There are also many restaurants nearby. Really special place

We stayed at this IBIS 2 years ago and know what we are getting. Good service and friendly staff. buffet breakfast very good and we used the bar for a late night drink. clean rooms and communal areas. plenty of staff around as this seemed a slight problem last time we stayed. We were out most days and did not... More

Lovely hotel, close to the metro which gives you easy access to tourist attractions in Madrid. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating. Spoke English really well, which was extremely helpful for me, finding out where to get the metro, early morning wake up calls, etc.. Breakfast was amazing, we had... More

ibis is always a good idea. You know that you will get a clean room, a good and local breakfast, a good service overall. This hotel is located very close to the metro line that takes you directly to the city center.

This IBIS is situated at a quiet neighbourhood close to line 5 metro stop Suanzes, only 2 mins after exit, and back to back is IBIS Budget. The cheapest way to get to this hotel is to take no.200 bus at the far right end of the bus waiting area which is next to the taxi lane at the airport... More

The Ibis hotel chain has re-invented itself in recent years and all to the good. This one is typical, not in the city centre and situated an a street of car dealer workshops, but does this matter? The metro station is round the corner and buses run up and down Calle Alcalá to and from the city centre. Across the... More
