Beautiful rooms and lobby. Clean. Friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. Wonderful breakfast. Walkable to most sites and shopping. Highly recommended! Request room 305 -it has a sunny, private patio to sit out on.

After thirty-two hours non-stop travel, a short taxi ride from Pamplona train station to Hotel Palacio Guendulain. It is in the old town square and the family history is still in display. Our room is facing the courtyard very nice and quiet. Staff are very courteous both during checking in and out. The breakfast was also excellent and served in...

Was on a tour that stayed at the Palacio Guendulain and it was one of the most amazing hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Almost sad when we left. I would return to stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy walking distance from most of the sites you would want to see in Pamplona.

The hotel/palace has been very well renovated to give the guests the feeling of visiting a palace. There are many period pieces, carriages throughout the public areas. The bathrooms have been updated to a more modern yet still elegant feel in accordance to the rest of the property.

There are some antique vehicles on display around the central courtyard and in the grand public staircase (that goes to the restaurant/breakfast area). There is also artwork and antiques on display. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. There is turndown service which provides...

This former Palace has been lovingly restored by the Guendolain family. The staff are attentive & friendly. The rooms are spacious & every bit befitting a Palace. The hotel is a boutique style with many original features. The breakfast is delicious & filling. Definitely suits those interested in history & looking for a quiet centrally located hotel.

Once a palace, the building has been converted into an elegant hotel which is centrally-located near the major tourist sites of Pamplona. Our room was tastefully furnished and spacious. Only four bedrooms rooms in the hotel face the front street. Other front-facing rooms are open areas which are opulently decorated. Most bedrooms have a view of the back courtyard and...

We stayed for one night at this hotel and it was a treat - a big step above our normal hotel experience. The entrance areas and rooms are stylish and the rooms are also comfortable with big beds and ensuites. Ours opened into the courtyard and it was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. We had breakfast -...

The hotel is in a former palace right in the heart of Pamplona - the pedestrian centre is right there. You feels the tradition, but they have renovated the inside of the whole building which now provides a feel of modern comfort and high quality. At the same time they kept myna decorations, some of the infrastructure, paintings, furniture, etc....
