    Nice hotel in best location
    Between the main square and the route of the bull running you couldn't want a better location. Very good service, comfortable room, nice bar and cosy restaurant. Shame we were only there for one night.

    Do all the rooms that face Estafeta Street have a balcony? Can you watch the bull running from the rooms facing Estafeta Street?
    I believe all the rooms facing Estafeta have balconies and they are excellent for watching the bull run. We stayed in a first floor room and it was exquisite -- two huge windows, both opening to balconies you can see the entire street (both ways). I photographed and took videos of my friend running with the bulls among the hundreds running up the street. These are the best balconies for watching the bull run and the excellent hotel staff will help you pick a room based on your needs.

    Hi I need airport pickup for July 12 for two people coming in at 10am. I tried calling and I can't get thru. Is there a number I can contact you at. I'm calling from US. Thank you.
    Have you already tried email? Otherwise, I would just take one of the taxis in front of the airport. There are plenty of them and they are very convenient to use.

    We will be driving to Pamplona; what are the parking arrangements?

    Do you have transfer from the airport to the hotel? If so how do I make arrangement for pick up? On my departure day, do you also have transfer to the train?
