We had a pleasant stay at the clean hotel, which was run by a friendly team of staff There were good and bad points as listed below. GOOD POINTS • Great location, 2 minutes from the bus and train station (great for onward journeys). A single bus fair to Benidorm Centro costs €1.55 (bus number 3) The buses were about every 15 minutes and run all day, until about midnight. On the way home catch the bus outside Kebabish King and ask for the hotel (the bus stopped across the road from the hotel) • It was a 20 minute downhill walk to Levante beach, bars and restaurants • The hotel had a well maintained reception, a cafe, restaurant, pool, gym, sauna and laundry facilities • Mercadona (supermarket) was underneath the hotel (closed on Sundays and fiestas) • The rooms were well equipped with a fridge, safe (small daily charge), large TV, free WiFi, long length mirror, toiletries and hairdryer • The hotel was located in a quiet area of Benidorm and had panoramic views of the surrounding area BAD POINTS • In my opinion I don't think breakfast was worth €5, because the hot items (eggs, beans, bacon and sausages) were cold. There was a nice selection of fruit, yogurts, cereal, bread and chocolate doughnuts with unlimited hot drinks and juice. Some people were not wearing masks whilst leaning over the food and were not challenged by staff • The shopping center was run down with most shops being closed, but this was not the hotel's fault • The hotel could do with a make over, because our room needed painting and general maintenance (marks on the walls, damaged laminate floor and cracked tiles in the bathroom) • First thing in the morning there was litter around the pool area

The hotel as it says in the description is a little ways out of the town but a nice stroll in a bit of a hike back out. Don’t go through the shopping centre other than the very good supermarket the rest is in a poor state and lets it down. The rooms are very nice with good bathrooms but be aware the water can go from a set temperature to boiling whilst your in it I wouldn’t leave a child in there. Staff where very helpful rooms very clean and didn’t cost the earth so had a great stay

The Hotel is a decent walk from the hub bub of Benidorm. Although above the Bus station and near main roads the room we had on the 5th floor was quiet. The Hotel is fairly modern, the public areas were clean as was our room. Hotel staff friendly. We had breakfast which was ok for 6 Euro each, also evening dinner I think this was about 11 Euro again ok. There are local bus stops which are external to the main station, The tram station is only a few minutes walk away. I would consider this a good choice for a few days or a transit stay over.
