The rooms are a little dated but they are spacious and were cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful, whilst it was all inclusive the drink selection was good, the bar snacks were traditional. Before we booked I had read about all the Spanish pensioners, which is to be expected in Benidorm during out of season. Given this the food was Spanish, but why go away and want/expect British food, if that's what you want stay in the UK! I guess the only question is would I return and/or recommend to friends and the answer is YES!

Came here to stay with my partner for a break. As soon as we arrived at the doors inside we were greeted with rusty scaffolding erected inside of the hotel, the place didn’t smell great either. Then we noticed everyone in the hotel were 60+ years of age. It was like an old people’s home. We were the only English speaking people there apart from the guy at reception. Got checked in and proceeded to use the lifts which you’d struggle to get anymore than the two of us and our bags in, extremely small was like going up inside a double wardrobe. Got to room which was meant to be a double, had been given a twin but that was the least of our worries. Rooms where dark and extremely outdated again a smell. Beds were very poor quality and bed linen would make you itch from the look alone. There was stains on the curtains I won’t mention what it looked like but not good at all. Bathroom wasn’t very clean at all either really outdated shower and toilet weren’t very clean. Was completely shocked so went down to reception to complain was offered a double room had a look at it no better whatsoever. Went down to check out man at desk very unhelpful didn’t want to know or accommodate us no apology just rude attitude in general. Checked out and found somewhere else to stay. This hotel would need levelled to the ground do not stay here!

Had the best weekend at this hotel the youngest person out of 8 of us 32 the oldest 60, as a lot of people have said on the reviews the hotel was full of old Spanish couples, but didn't put us off. The food was the best I have had from a 3 star hotel, loads to choose from all of the staff were amazing, the rooms were cleaned every day towels changed every day would definitely come back

It was OK, Spanish are lovely. Room was grubby, toilet wad not clean Also had to get the shower fixed. Food is catered for the Spanish but OK not the best if you are a picky eater, loved going out and walking about.
