Basic but clean apartment close enough to all the bars/clubs but far enough away that there is no noise.
We had a 1 bed apartment for 4 which has 2 single beds in the bedroom with en-suite
A sofa which turns into a bed and a pull out bed under the sofa.
Their is a fridge, a 2 ring cooker and cupboard space where you’ll find plates, cups etc.
Their is a cutlery draw which this year included a tea towel. There is also a kettle and toaster.
There is a 2nd bathroom with shower off the main room.
Both rooms have patio doors onto the balcony where you’ll find a table and 4 chairs. There are also pull out washing lines on the balcony.
The pool has a bar where you can get food throughout the day which we always enjoyed except for the breakfast, the beans tasted like they were in watered down tomato juice, everything else was fine. We all agreed that their chips were the best we’ve ever tasted and were great to keep the hunger at bay until it was time to go out at night to eat. The bar prices are reasonable with a bottle of lager costing €1.50
All areas are spotlessly clean and all staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
This year is the 1st year we’ve been charged a deposit of €200 which is fine, if you use a card to pay, the money isn’t removed from your account, the transaction is held and when you leave, your room is checked and as long as you haven’t caused any type of damage the transaction is cancelled. Larger groups are accommodated but they are kept in check if needed. Although we did have a large stag party staying, they were great and showed no disrespect around the pool or when returning from drinking so this was not a problem but we were told that the day we arrived a party of males were asked to leave. This is the way it should be, everyone is there to enjoy themselves but that doesn’t mean people are allowed to be disrespectful and/or disruptive.
Would definitely return

Excellent apartments who took us in at short notice after our original apartment was completely below any kind of cleaning standard.
We had a 1 bed apartment which was spotlessly clean, has lots of room and can quite easily accommodate 4 people.
There are 2 bathrooms and a large balcony. Our apartment was at the back and was so peaceful.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Pool area is large with lots of sunbeds and the bar prices are reasonable. Lots of people said the food was excellent but as we didn’t eat there we can’t comment.
As we had a late flight home we were able to use the luggage room and they also provide a shower room.
Would definitely stay here again.

This was my 6th visit to the palm courts and we always have a great holiday staying here . When we arrived this year the whole hotel had been refurbished with new tables and chairs , new bar and reception area . The rooms had been updated with new furniture and sofa and new kitchenette area and freshly painted and was lovely and fresh . The staff are always lovely and friendly and polite and you get a lovely family atmosphere also very helpful if you have any issues or queries. The hotel is a nice size not to big and only 4 floors so not to high rise . The location is excellent very central for the square literally a 2 minute walk but really quite and peaceful considering you are really close to the nightlife. The beach is a straight walk down about 10 to 15 mins walk . Would recommend staying at the palm courts and will be returning for many more times .

Palm court apartments benidorm

Abit of a nightmare when we arrived to accommodation I had two children age 6 & 10 . The hob in the room was switched off but still on even though it was off, the room was stifling , the sofa bed was broken ( lats) and headboard hanging off. The receptionist was on her own and left us for 2 hours. I had to call jet2 customer services as they wasn’t doing anything. They called them direct straight away but unfortunately nothing they could do till the next day so my children had to share a bed which was awful when we’d just arrived and wasn’t best pleased as it was 1am I’m the morning.

The next morning spoke to the business manager and they did move us rooms as I felt it wasn’t safe for children .

After the first night we was settled , the hotel location is not fair from the main nightlife, and is very loud in apartments Friday to Monday (stags and hen parties etc ) but quite the rest of the week. So not for the couple or family who came for peace at weekends

The food is nice and cheap good value for money and overall very clean, didn’t clean our room the week we was there though ,we looked after it and had to ask for spare towels . The rooms very outdated but again clean .

Bar staff was friendly receptionist ok but could have sorted things abit better that evening we arrived .

Pool clean and bar area again good value for money supermarket at bottom of road which is handy . Wouldn’t come with family again more for couples or party weekenders .

We made the best of our week though and to be fair jet2 staff was good just the accommodation really needs updating

Stayed here back end of August for a week. We was in a standard apartment they was 4 of us three adult and a child whos 11. The rooms was ok its just somewhere to sleep really but they are small, we had two single beds and a sofa and trundle bed under the sofa. I found trundle bed to be comfortable but my daughter and parents found they beds to be like sleeping on rock. Our apartment was at side but could see our swimming pool. Or and air conditioner is free which was good because my gosh it was hot lol. On information for palm court they say in apartment stuff that in they are some stuff on there you can rent. I wanted hairdryer so to rent it for how long you want it for it's 10 euros which you get back. You do hear some noise but after all it is benidorm. We dint hear much noise though.
Swimming pool is deep at deep end i couldn't even stand up like some swimming pool deep end you can. But it gets cleaned every morning, round pool you have sun loungers plenty of them so you don't have to rush for them.
Food is nice and good prices, breakfast is good bargain you get a juice and hot beverage as long as its before 1.
But we all had good holiday its close to night life too and staff are very friendly and helpful

Just stayed here for a week location was brilliant very close to everything but once back at complex very quiet. The apartment is quite small but has everything you need and extremely clean warning don’t have room 301 as there is the biggest palm tree right over the balcony. The staff were all really friendly and helpful the bar/cafeteria very reasonable prices and nice food. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our-first visit to the Palm Court however due to the lockdown we only stayed 2 nights into the 7 nights booked. We were the first guests to arrive for the season and were given a warm welcome
Despite checking in early we got access to our room . It was clean and
Comfortable with big walk in shower. Unfortunately we left early but the contact we have had since from Pepa and the team has been amazing . We have booked to return hopefully in December for few nights . Fingers crossed

On the first day we arrived in Benidorm we decided to eat our evening meal local to our apartment block in the new town (Mariscal). We settled on the snack bar at the Palm Court apartment complex. There was a lovely clean terrace with a huge TV. The restaurant was quiet and there was an inexpensive menu. We placed our order at the bar and chose our drinks, sausage, beans and chips, chicken burger with chips, lasagna and chips with a side of garlic bread and a ham salad baguette with a portion of chips. The waiter who served us was very friendly, ensuring that everything was ok with our meals. The food tasted really good and was nicely presented. We would definitely recommend a visit because the food tasted delicious, there was a varied menu, the staff were very welcoming and the average cost of a meal was less than 7€

Get what you pay for, but it has many pros and cons too it.

It has a good lively pool bar, a nice but small pool which does the job perfectly along with cheap pints, €2, and cheap food. The food is surprisingly very nice for the cost, especially the ham & cheese toastie and chicken wraps. The hotels in a brilliant location, 2 minute walk from a shop and the local bars. A few more minutes to the beach and the strip.

The pool area has many tables and chairs with a few sunbeds, the pool has a good deep end as well as a shallow end, the pool also in the sun all day long.

Room had aircon as well as a fridge & cooker. You couldn’t adjust the air con but it was at a constant nice cool temperature.

On the other hand, we wasn’t aware of €200 deposit per room, which is our fault, but it just caught us off guard due to bringing the money for the amount of days we were there without budgeting for the deposit. You can pay on card but none of us wanted to spend so much on card abroad as we had 2 rooms.

Secondly, the sofa bed was appalling, it was a pullout mattress on the floor which had nothing to it. It was basically a thick cloth on the floor which wasn’t the comfiest.

Lastly, when getting the quilt out for the the sofa cloth, we found 3 blue pills behind the quilt. Meaning they can’t be cleaning the quilt very often or they’d have found the pills.

I would stay here again as long as I didn’t have the sofa bed.

This was our second visit to palm court as a family. We really enjoy it here and you feel ‘homely’ and welcomed from the get go. The staff are amazing especially Sal, that man deserves a break! Works non stop yet still always smiling and chatty. Another great member was Julian who worked at the pool bar most days, he’s always happy, smiling and up for a chat and not forgetting Aroa! She’s on the go constantly and always smiling and chatty (even bought me a birthday drink) these guys made our day when we was sat round the pool etc. Also the amazing lady cleaning, I didn’t get her name as we spoke different languages but always seemed to have some sort of conversation together, she’s another that’s always just happy!
The rooms are brighter and better now than when we went a few years ago, still could do with better beds though as after 2 weeks it was unbearable. The full place is always cleaned to a high standard and the staff really do go above and beyond for you.
Now the bad part of our stay THE STAGS! Omg I’ve never known anything like it. From been sick, to jumping in the pool on the sun beds, drinking round the pool edge and in the pool lining glass bottles up. I know these have come for a weekend ‘lads’ holiday and if I didn’t have my family with me It would not have bothered me but it scared my poor children and they couldn’t even get near the pool Thursday till Monday/Tuesday! Allowing the stags/large groups to stay really makes the apartments a disappointment, I think it would be a fab place for family’s to stay if large groups wasn’t allowed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay (apart from the weekends) but if the large group issues isn’t sorted out then I don’t think we will be returning.

It wasn’t warm, but it wasn’t overly cold. When we was there it was very hot so the cooler pool was welcomed.
