Friends booked us in here for a hen holiday after being informed it was a centrally located base.

Please be aware this is central for both new and old town so if you are wanting all the night life you will need to walk around 25 minutes or get a taxi

The hotel itself has its positives and negatives.

The rooms themselves are basic and not the cleanest I may add, under our bed and the bath were not clean on arrival which coming out of covid is a tad frustrating.

The main sleeping area has been modernised but the bathrooms have not been with moldy grout and hello shower curtains that stick to your leg I can't say I've felt particularly clean this holiday.

The security of the room was a worry as the balcony door did not lock (I have read this in many reviews so I think it needs looking into). There is a safe in the room which is paid for at reception but it's an old school key not a key code so another thing to possibly lose on a night out....

The main bar and pool area is full of very friendly staff and happy to help with prices being reasonable

There is a main restaurant on site which does a buffet lunch for 13 euro a great budget assistance if your hungry but food in the bar is also reasonable.

The pool is quite deep but there is a small pool to for those little ones. People as usual try and allocate beds with towels but was very pleased to have management tell us if people didn't return in 30 minutes we could remove the towels to reception.

Overall a budget hotel with some improvements required.

Amenities in the room :
TV
Hairdryer
Safety deposit box (payable)

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights over the August Bank Holiday.
The staff were very friendly and after check in we were soon in our room.
The bathroom was standard with a shower over the bath but the pressure was excellent which was good. Hand soap and shower gel were provided.
The room provided a safe which is chargeable per day and a €10 deposit is required. We paid €7.75 for the 3 days we were there.
Our room contained a double bed and a put you up bed which was very unstable and I didn’t fancy my chances on that!
The breakfast was basic but adequate. Always pastries on offer and cold meats and cheeses but the hot food changed daily. There were always 3 hot food options. Different breads and rolls, cereals and fruit were also available. We didn’t stay for lunch or dinner.
Pool opens at 9.30 but no big rush to get a bed! Some you could adjust to sit up and some you couldn’t.
The pool was lovely and clean and there was a deep end.
There is a bar and cafe on site and prices were reasonable.
The shuttle bus from the airport drops you just over the road from the hotel and you can see the hotel sign when you get off the bus.
Very pleasant stay at this hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights, Mon-Friday in May for a very very good price. The hotel was mainly full of Spanish people, which meant that that it was a nice quiet place, with space around the pool. The evening entertainment was Spanish.
A hen party arrived on Thursday and a stag party arrived on Friday lunchtime which meant that the noise level, swearing, singing and drinking around the pool went up a level with no respect for anyone else not in thier respective groups.
The hotel is easy to walk to from the tram station, and is about a 20 min walk from the bus station... great for getting a bus back to the airport.
Its a downhill 20 min walk to the old town with lots of little bars and restaurants and a little bit further to Poniente beach, the Spanish side of Benidorm.
Its a 20 min walk down to Lievant beach and to the more British side of Benidorm. The strip is a good 25 minute walk away with English type pubs, takeaways, night clubs, comedy clubs, big screen TV's showing every sporting occasion and lots and lots of bars all trying to get people into their bars.
For all those people who moan about there being no tea or coffee facilities in their room, this is Spain and Spain do not provide that service in hotel rooms.
Not far from the hotel there are a couple of big supermarket's if you need anything.
The hotel bar and the pool bar served drinks at very reasonable prices.
I would recommended this hotel if you go during the week, but not at weekends when stag and hen parties arrive.

Stayed here last year, loved it so much, i came back. But this was during Covid, hotel was clean, warm, safe, staff fantastic very helpful.

Tables cleaned once empty, hand sanitizer everywhere in public areas, mask's on around hotel, unless eating
drinking or sunbathing. Now great location is the Joya,in between old and new town, around €6 or €7 euros at night in taxi.

Now food- during covid, things had to change only temporarily im sure, you was served your food, but food was ok but your in a good location if room only.

If you cross the road towards sabadell bank walk to the round about, cross over road onto the roundabount walk around it you'll see a road and that will take you to tje beach or at the roundabout carry kn left (don't cross) that will take you to old town. If you fancy a different location bus is €1.55 anywhere and L a'bair is a lovely place to go. I can't recommend enough a visit to the cross or La Cruz especially at sunset.

I organized this trip for 28 of us for a Hen weekend. The Hotel is spotless, you can smell how clean it is as soon as you step foot through the door. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Pool was great (maybe not quite enough loungers though) , the pool bar was great for drinks & snacks. And you can also purchase the buffet breakfast for 5.50 euros which is great. The room are basic but so clean with a huge balcony. Our flight was extremely late at night to come home and we were able to leave our luggage in a secure place whilst we still enjoyed the day. Its a good 15 mins into the night life and the old town and a bit further for the beach, we all enjoyed the walk but its so easy to get a taxi.
Mcdonalds, Dominoes & a supermarket are all next door.
I would most definitely re-visit this hotel

Ok so stayed here on 19/9/21 for 4 nights. On arrival it looked nice and check in was straight fwd, cards given for door and electric. On opening the door i found the room small (113) for 2 of us. Our balcony door didnt lock and its right at the fire door where the cleaners arrive so very noisy early morning, lots if chatter and banging about. Safe key was €20 and €10 is returned. The room was not tip top clean. The sink was dirty but the bedding felt clean. Very small tv with bbc news channel. If u like a lay in avoid landing 105-115.
This hotel is predominantly spanish and they stare, they sing, the drink, And take over the pool and beds. The food was awful. Buffet breakfast served to you so no help yourself. We had breakfast and within an hour i was feeling poorly (deli belly) so didn't eat there again. Front desk staff very helpful and meet all requests and book taxi to town if needed. €7 or a 20 minute walk. Around 10 mins to the beach. Dominoes and a supermarket next door and bus stop over the road. We saw someone singing in the hotel in spanish one night so entertainment is on if really bored or fancy a night in the hotel. Staires are leasing up to main doors and then once inside its more staires to reception so take heed if trouble walking. Pool area looked clean and plenty of seating. We were told off alot about masks which annoyed me as they are not mandatory anymore.
I have tried to cover main knowledge here. We are 45 and 48 and went for a break but spent as little time in hotel as possible mainly because there was nothing of interest for us to spend time there except to sleep. Our transfers didnt arrive throught the fault of our tour company and the hotel front desk kindly booked us some to return to the airport and printed our covid paperwork.. All in all it delivered for the price.

I stayed last week with my partner, I didn’t have great expectations for this hotel due to being it being quite cheap and other reviews. Overall I was impressed with the hotel. The hotel has a bar/cafe with live music most evenings and smallish, but nice pool. On the whole the hotel was clean, and had a nice atmosphere. Our room had a balcony, air con, and there was good free WIFI throughout the hotel. The room had a safe to hire for €20. There was limited sun-loungers beside the pool so if you are up for sunbathing a lot then this may be an issue. The bar staff and reception staff were both friendly and helpful, making an effort to speak English to us!

As other reviews suggested, the food in the buffet restaurant was not the best. The breakfast was standard with hot and cold options but the fruit/fruit juice was not fresh. The evening meals catered more towards the Spanish guests as expected, however I was disappointed as all meat options were very processed and there was few vegetarian options. However good fresh vegetables and a salad bar every day!

We thought the hotel was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to some great restaurants, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and more restaurants. Supermarket was really close by too. We weren’t bothered about going to the main part of Benidorm, but we got the impression the area we were staying wasn’t the main party area, so research this before booking the hotel.

Overall an enjoyable holiday, food supplemented by eating out on a few evenings! Good value for money.

Spent 2 nights here end of April, Nice hotel about 800 metres from the Beach. Is up hill if you're walking from the Beach or nearby bars. Room was decent, bed was fine had a good sleep, bathroom and shower were fine. There was no fridge in the room, best bringing water in with you at night, reception sell litre bottles of water. Reception were very helpful, breakfast was your typical hotel buffet type, although there was no sausages, not sure if that was just the morning I used it. I've booked the hotel again for 4 nights in June.

We’ve just stayed here as stayed here in June 2018 and I’m the room we had was lovely this time our room looked like it’s had half a reverb then they’ve ran out of money. Our toilet has a hole in it the sink had a crack in it!! The patio doors didn’t lock which we reported 3 times since arrival before fixed. The fire doors used for access to the stairs make such a noise we were up from 6 every morning!! The maid attempts to come in at 8/9 each morning which wasn’t great. We stayed here as a family of 3 and had to keep asking for an additional towel as they kept leaving 2. I wouldn’t stay here again sorry

Great location accessing a vast amount of facilities, public transport near this facinity is good . Hotel itself very basic , no kettle , coffee machine etc in rooms , breakfast is passable , staff friendly, not particularly good for wheelchair users lift barely takes basic manual wheelchair , toilets very low for disabled with supports being too close to manoeuvre getting up / on chair or up safely for average hight person. Good value if you get the package for the right price.

Yes, soap/shower gel pump in the bathroom, there are no fridges in the hotel room.

No kettle is provided, they MAY help there, but a fridge, while we think it necessity, might not be at the top of their list of priorities. I STILL like the hotel, and would like to go soon, but the first available is June. Good luck
