Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel iris is a lovely place to stay in a great location. The sister and brother who run the hotel are genuinely nice people who would do anything for you. Rooms are kept spotless and the price is very cheap towards nearby hotels. One good aspect for ourselves was that they don't allow any sort of stags or hen's group's so your not disturb at all hours of the night.

I stayed 5 nights as a solo traveller. The brother and sister that own the hotel are fantastic hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they make you feel very welcome.
They gave me an apartment just round the corner on a lovely quiet street. It was very well furnished and spotlessly clean and also included free WiFi. If you needed any extra towels are any directions you just needed to pop round the corner to the hotel and ask.
I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning

Booked as a late addition to a stag do - the rest of the party were in a hotel in the new town. Have been going to Benidorm for many years but this was the first time I have stayed in the Old Town. I can’t praise the hotel enough - it was perfect for me to lay my head every night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower nice and hot and the owners so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be based in the old town for a change. There were some nice bars and restaurants situated there too which I will definitely use next time. Thanks for everything

Lovely family run hotel. Great location in the old town. Very convenient for main attractions but just far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. 24hr reception really helpful. Will definitely be going back again in the new year. Highly recommend

Situated in the centre of Old Town, Benidorm; this beautiful hotel sits perfectly nestled within traditional Spanish streets, and only two minutes away from the beaches and the nightlife. This is the perfect location for all those holidaying in Benidorm. The hotel itself is spotless, the staff are incredible (with Ashid taking me on a scooter ride to help escort my car to the hotel), unbelievable value for money; everything about this hotel was fantastic, and on future visits to the town we will be staying nowhere else but the Hotel Iris.

I visited Hotel Iris in May 2009 and found it well-located, just 50 m away from the pedestrian area, near the beach also. Extremely cheap, and cheerful with very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely visit again.
