We visited for an overnight and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the rooms which were finished to a very high standard and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. Although we only had windows overlooking a central courtyard, it was very peaceful and kept any city noise to a minimum. The petit bistro on the roof is lovely and has a nice outdoor eating / social area as well as a small bathing area next to the Jacuzzi. For a small hotel right in the heart of the city, the limited space was used to maximum effect but if you are looking for a pool, then consider one of the bigger hotels further out.

We were given a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival and the set breakfast was a combination of bacon, eggs and contintental items and was really nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to store our bags and leave the car until we were ready to leave in the afternoon.

There is so much to see and do in Valencia and we only scratched the surface. We definitely plan another trip and would use this hotel again.

Very nice suits located in downtown Valencia aside the famous cathedral and in the middle of the evening movida , plenty of restaurants and places at your disposal within a few meters. The rooms are spacious and provide all you need for the stay with cooking facilities included. There’s also a rooftop bar when you can have breakfast at a convenient price. The concierge service is good and offers solutions to your needs , the price is good

A very pleasant hotel, literally just a couple of steps away from the Cathedral and far enough away not to hear any night time noise. All the staff, without exception, were delightful and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good quality and the weather was so good that it was a joy to sit on the sunny roof terrace watching the swifts swoop over the red tiles of aged buildings and laugh at them narrowly avoiding the rich variety of bell towers (almost like a mini Florence!) The roof terrace is in two sections: one with sofas, tables and chairs where you have breakast, then an indoor bar and seating area and then the other smaller terrace with extending chairs and the plunge pool. Quite honestly, it's not a swimming pool, it's really a very cold plunge pool but lovely on a boiling hot day! The premium bedroom was well equipped and no doubt great, if you have small children and need a kitchen but oh dear, it's painted in an awful depressing prison-like mix of greys, beiges and blacks without a hint of colour, in fact lying in bed you face vertical bars hiding the kitchenette. (Wonder why the TV wasn't put there instead of the bars) There's a pretty tiny balcony but prob too small to sit on and the TV is nowhere near the bed so you have to sit on the sofa at an angle to watch it. So the positives: the wonderful staff, the quality of the food, the excellent location, the attractive roof terrace. The negatives: smoking on the roof terrace seems to be allowed, carpet outside the bedrooms needs a really good clean (or replace it with a patterned one or distract the eye, by hanging some colourful paintings on the wall), the very bland bedroom needs a splash of colour and maybe a white ceiling to brighten it up a bit! Plus something to give the hotel and bedrooms a bit of character and warmth - apart from the fab terrace, it didn't feel very Spanish, more 1990's Boho NY! Still, aside from the decor, I was pretty happy and would stay again.

The Valentia Cabillers was our getaway in Valencia for 3 days in December. Our arrival was less than complicated and the staff was very competent with everything we requested. We were very satisfied with the Room and its amenities, we we not expecting a kitchen within the room. But the best is that we left a device in the hotel room and the hotel bubble-wrapped the device for DHL Pickup the next day, all very smooth and would definitely visit the hotel again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a very good stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our nightly rate and it was very good. The choices for hot dishes were very good and the hot bread and espresso coffee plus fresh squeezed orange juice were great. The breakfast staff was lovely. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities one could need including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and pans, dishes, and cutlery. The location could not be more convenient. This place is next door to the cathedral, and close to all Old Town attractions. A 15 min walk from the train station. There is one issue with this place… Because this is close to the cathedral, you can hear the bell like it is in your ear… and they ring it plenty and often. It starts ringing at 8AM and it rings at 9PM, 10PM, and 11PM. If you don’t have an issue with this, then this is the place for you. We will stay here again.

We would like to write a short review.

After making a final reservation from the hotel, the hotel then contacted us to say that they no longer had a our room (Premium suit) available. While we made the reservation directly on their website. And we just have to cancel it. That is all.

Subsequently, as a family with two children, he suggested that we should book two rooms separately. And if not otherwise, then we should cancel the reservation.

So, according to the hotel, we were supposed to have two separate rooms as a family with two small children. This is not a correct approach.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay in the Valentia Cabillers.

It was useful having the kitchen area so we could make breakfast and enjoy cold or hot drinks.

The room was clean and tidy with modern decoration.

Just a couple of minor points were the shower temperature was awkward to get correct and the space between the bed and the wall was quite narrow in our room.

There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a view of the cathedral tower where we sat for sunset cocktails.

There is a small rooftop pool that was not opened in February but would be perfect in hot summer months.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a perfect spot in the centre of Valencia.

A lovely boutique type hotel, right in the centre of Valencia, off one of the main squares. Lovely room, great space and has everything we needed. Rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday.

A lovely rooftop space, not very scenic, but certainly a lovely spot to have an outdoor breakfast, which we did. The choice for breakfast was fantastic and was freshly made to order. The valencian oranges are delicious, hence the lovely freshly squeezed juice we had every morning.

All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and could not have done more for us. Checkout at 12.00, we had a late flight and were allowed access to rooftop area, during the day and bags were stored.

We visited for four days. Every aspect of the hotel and its location made the visit perfect and relaxing. It is situated in the centre of the 'old town' and ideal for sightseeing and great restaurants. Its is very close to the city's 'central' park and only a 20 minute flat cycle to the coast and its beaches, bars and restaurants.
The staff, Maria, Esther, Sabastian, Avril and Javier were fantastic in their joyful friendly approach with an obvious desire to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. I couldn't fault the service from being greeted by Avril for breakfast to passing Javier in reception at the evenings end.
For such good price accommodation and service and could praise it enough.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff (many thanks to Claudia). Breakfast is not a buffet but is served at the outside tables on the roof top. Rooms are well equipped with very comfortable beds.
Roof top pool is small but very relaxing.

There are different options for breakfast so different prices but it is more expensive than venturing just a few feet to all the cafes

Dear Cathedral Suites Hotel, Is your plunge pool open in December? Thank you!

The name suite is misleading as there are very limited facilities. It is really a hotel. There are no washing facilities but they do have an elevator. It is a great place to stay but not to self cater.
