The hotel was nice and clean, room was big enough for 3 persons . Staff was really nice, polite and helpful. Metro is close nearby. One can order take away food (was delicious) from the reception and pay later during check out. The food comes to your room with no hassle. I would recommend this hotel.

As others, have stated this hotel is in a great location. Just off the main square opposite the town hall and a 10-15-minute walk from the main station or metroline. Great for all the shops and historic buildings. Just 2 minutes from the stunning marble doorway of Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas and on the way you’ll come across... More

Very comfortable and clean room and friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located for the old town. Buffet breakfast available but plenty of cafes nearby to try. We arrived early but our room was ready.

The hotel is ideally located between the railway station and the cathedral and within easy walking distance of both of these as well as the rest of the sights in the old city. The room was good value and clean and quiet except that some noise from the street could be heard at the weekend if the window is left... More

Hotel is located in a great area. Clean and quiet it offers a gym and restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms are good size and we're very clean. I was here for business. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is the parking is atrocious almost nonexistent.

Not clean bathroom with the smell (perfume) from the previous customer. Perhaps there was a spillage in the room that was not properly cleaned. Poor breakfast and very expensive (13 euros). Good location, helpful staff

(Visited in August 2015) Very good hotel with great location in old city center. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms with balcony and view on Cathedral are just perfect - you can hear pleasant music from Plaza de la Reina sitting on it in the evening. Great and very delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Everything was great during our... More

This hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the old train station, and a twenty minute walk from the new high-speed train station. It is also only a five minute walk to the Cathedral, so really well situated to explore the old town. The room was spacious, well appointed and had a comfortable king-size bed. I think my... More

Location was great. Staff very pleasant. Easy book in and out no problems really. Never ate there though so can't comment. Bed was really sturdy and comfy. Bathroom was large. Room quite small but more than adequate. Paid extra for balcony which was great as the sun was out.
