Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Have to say that check in was a bit nerve racking given that it’s just you and a computer screen. However, it all went well and it soon spat out our room cards. The sleeping area and the shower/toilet room were generously sized and as a bonus there was a coffee maker producing real coffee. There was a security box and generous provision for luggage and clothes. We had cause to use the phone number provided for enquiries/emergencies (one of the entrances from the street needed a key code if you came back late at night). No problem whatsoever, immediate response and problem solved). Despite its city centre location and an adjacent night club, there was never any problem with noise.

We were unaware and unprepared for this unconventional hotel. It is a hotel that has no reception or staff on site. If you require help, you’ve to wait and exchange messages on WhatsApp, and if needed, wait for staff have to come to the building from several blocks away. There’s no lobby where you can wait for your tour/car pick up etc. If you wish to store your bags, it’s also a few blocks away.
Pros: location, value, new rooms, fluffy towels, staff do their best to accommodate requests
Cons: Not a hotel in the traditional sense. Check in process was fully automated though challenging e.g. need to manually enter our IDs when the computer did not scan properly. Noise, the rooms are not sound proof as suggested. Sound from restaurant/bar outside and guests walking on the non carpeted corridors permeate. The light sensors are not sensitive enough, we were walking in a dark corridor for a while before the lights turn on which is not a safe feeling.

This hotel deserves better reviews. You can clearly tell it has been through very careful inner designs. The style is more towards simplism/industrial. But very nice.

This hotel only has 13 rooms. The family room is spacious and well equipped. Very clean. The bathroom is huge and nice. The beds are very comfortable.

The location of this hotel is great. Very close to the heart of Valencia, with many nice restaurants close by. There is a churro shop downstairs. Delicious with good coffee.

Our check-in process is convenient. When we walk-in following the instructions in the emails, there is a staff waiting for us and help us go through the process in the machine. No issue at all. The staff is very friendly and nice. They provide a bottle of free water to each person in the room every day. This is just a small thing but very warm and nice.

We would book this place again next time in Valencia.

To start with this is not a hotel but an old apartment floor remodeled into 13 rooms. There is no reception and any needs are handled through the phone. This facility is not proper with someone not having some computer knowledge. The check in is all done in a machine that looks like a big ATM. You have to enter all your passport information, takes, your photo, gets your credit card information and if approves, spit out a room card key. In my case it did not provide me with one so a human being came down and got it for me. They could had saved my time and asked for that information in advance. The last day I asked for an extension on my check out time which was denied. They sent me to an office next to the train station where a nice girl hold my luggage for one hour. To add insult to injury the machine overcharged my room rate. I called hotels.com my travel agent. They spoke to Nalu in two occasions. They admitted the mistake and I was told it would be corrected in 10 days. This was September 29 and still on October 10 no credit on my Master Card. The rooms were clean, good towels. They advertised pastries but I did not see any, except cookies the first day. Good location. Try Homenaje and Aremar coffee houses downstairs if you go.

The hotel is brand new and you can see that the owners have put great attention to it. It’s simple and with great design. The beds, linens and pillows were really comfortable and everything really clean.
Location is really convenient and amazing and the team was really friendly and helpful.
My new home whenever I come to Valencia.
Wifi worked flawlessly as well.

Not a “boutique” hotel. More like a fancy prison. No views from the room except the common area. Only one window. Rooms and building are weird, dark decor and felt “heavy”. Rooms are way smaller than excepted and what I assumed from the photos. Self-serve and no front desk. Room were clean and cleaning staff did a great job. Noise isolation at night isn’t great, as you can hear people rolling their baggages and walking. Needed to use sleeping masks because of some bright lights in the room. Location is very good.

We forgot our passports in Albir and this hotel wouldn't accept our ID.
So we had to find another hotel that accepted other ID.
This hotel wouldn't refund any money because of this.
And the automatic check in was too difficilt, there were no reception.

Lovely clean rooms, not large but perfect for a short stay.
The automatic check in took a bit of time and definitely there’s a real lack of personal touch. Not a real hotel experience, quite utilitarian/functional but great location and no complaints!

Entrance isn't the best but overall location was good.

Air-con - only came on for an hour and then you had to press to re-start. Not great at over 30 degrees!

Noise - so loud at night! I think there is a hostel above, so when they all came in at 3am is was very loud! Walls also very thin. We could hear every word of the next room's conversation... at 2am!

Overall ok - but definitely not BOUTIQUE!!!

Good location. But i would not qualify it as “boutique hotel”. This is a typical no-frills hotel. Bed is comfy and rooms are clean, but rooms are really tiny and i mean super tiny. Ok perhaps for single traveller, but even then i feel a little claustrophobic. You definitely will hear other hotel guests walking up & down.

The decor of the walkway is a little… eeerrmm… overly industrial or cell-like. The self check-in system is nice, but would be better if it is an addition to a serviced reception instead.

I did not pick this hotel. Would i stay again? Most likely not.
