It is the second time I have used this hotel since I sold my house in Valencia.
Every time I have received an excellent reception with the most amazing rooms in the 5th floor with a private terrace and a luxurious bathroom.
Attention to detail is exquisite, staff are diligent and very professional. I had some complimentary champagne and Lindt chocolates and fashion magazines. The toiletries smell divine.
The location is in a pedestrianised road so there is hardly any traffic noise. The location is right in the city centre. I nearly forgot to mention there was a breakfast offer for under €10 that was super abundant and varied with Nespresso coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, cheeses, hams, english style breakfast...A delight! and to top it all the weather was glorious. This is definitely the place to stay.

I stayed four nights with my wife and daughter . The hotel so nice and located in quite place in the center of the city and all what you need is around you and you reach it by walking the train station , the city hall, shopping center and restaurants.
The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful and the room is big enough and clean and quite. The breakfast is very good. Nice hotel don't miss it if you are planing to visit Valencia. Also Very colse to the airport (just around fifteen minutes away).

We picked this hotel because a couple of friends recommended its location.

It is in a fantastic position, a couple of minutes from the Train Station, next door to parking, so how ever you travel it is easy to get to.

With Covid restrictions in place the welcome was great, the staff were very efficient and talked us through the local area, what their recommendations were for places to walk and visit.

The rooms were good we had a Junior Suite and it was worth the slight price increase with a bedroom / living room the space allowed us to really relax. Quality of everything was good and room service was very efficient.

I would certainly recommend it as a place to stop at if visiting Valencia.

We have just returned from 3 amazing nights in stunning Valencia. We fell in love with this beautiful city.
Hotel was spotless, great breakfast. We were shown our room which was meant to be a double room. What we got was a twin room, 2 single beds pushed together. We did not book this but Paula, the receptionist offered us an upgrade which was an additional €60 per night for a double bed and a terrace! We did not want to pay an additional amount so we were given another twin bed room at the front of the hotel where they supplied us with a double matress topper to create 'a double bed'. We just accepted this as we had no further options. We realised we had made a huge mistake the next morning as we were woken around 7.30am every day to banging and drilling as there was a restaurant renovation across the road!! This was absolutely the worst thing ever - being on holiday and being woken up so early to construction works.. the water kept changing temperatures in the shower. Boiling hot to cold ! The complimentary toiletries in the shower were not replenished.. the housekeeping put body milk in the shower instead of shower gel so we could not wash!
Overall, all the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and the location of the hotel was excellent and the drinks reasonably priced in the bar.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. Otherwise just a standard almost premium tourist hotel. However, everything works smoothly so no complaining needed this time. My previous visit in October was not so smooth . I was traveling with a friend with bicycles and the hotel personnel refused to take our expensive bikes inside but they had to be left outside on the street. Even the garage in the same building recommended to us by the staff in the same building accepted our bikes inside. So, consider this basically OK hotel as non bicycle friendly. Cars are OK. The bigger the better.

I have nothing negative or even constructive to say about our stay here! It was excellent and exceeded out expectations.
Location wise, it's very close to the main train station and metro and if you're in a car (probably not a great idea in the middle of the city) there was parking next door. It's on a pedestrianised street full of cafes and restaurants of excellent quality and price from the sampling we had. It's moments away from all of the main sights of Valencia but still quite peaceful.
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Well worth it. There are lots of other options right outside the door but if you like 'brunch', get their breakfast as you won't need to eat until the evening! They had everything you could possibly want and more incl oat and soya milks, green smoothies, pastries, cheeses, meats, bacon, eggs, yoghurt. Coffee is good quality as they have a mega Nespresso machine which can dispense 4 cups at once. There were notices about booking a slot for breakfast but maybe that's more for when the hotel is busier. It's for the guest benefit really as it enables staff to keep it clean and tidy and well stocked.
The decor and environment was beautiful and very relaxing.
All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
There is a bar and options for room service but we didn't use them.
The roof terrace is not much but nice to go up there and have a look. If we'd had more time, we would have taken a drink up there.
The room was 'shabby chic' which I like. Some furniture from the past which had been up cycled but I don't have a problem with that at all. All very clean. Good shower. Nice toiletries.
No problem leaving the bag all day in left luggage on departure day.
Thank you Vincci Lys staff. You work hard and we're very grateful for our stay.
I found it so difficult to chose a hotel for our stay but we're so pleased we chose this one.

We have just returned from a wonderful break in Valencia and the Vincci Lys was a great choice as it is centrally located, rooms are well furnished with very comfortable large beds. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and we were really pleased to be given a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cold meats cooked food and fruit and bucks fizz with fresh orange. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.

We spent two nights in Valencia to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our choice of the Vincci Lys was based on location and reviews. We wanted somewhere quiet, within easy walking distance of the railway station and in the old town. This hotel was perfect in every respect: literally five minutes’ walk from the station so not too stressful dragging our luggage, and set in a pedestrianised side street just three minutes’ walk from the Plaza de l'Ajuntament and ten minutes from the old market and the Plaza de la Reina.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, allowing us to check in early as there was a room ready. Our room on the fourth floor faced the front street below and was beautifully appointed, very spacious and with the usual comforts including kettle, tea & coffee, TV, a good sized safe and a stocked mini bar (chargeable). The bathroom was immaculately clean with a bath and over-bath shower.

Everything of interest was within 10 – 15 minutes’ walk including a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also nearby. We visited the Oceanografic centre which was easily reachable by tram from the nearby Alacant metro station located just behind the main railway terminal so again, just a short walk away.

We made a great choice with this hotel and would certainly stay here again next time.

We stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip late February - Good city centre location.

The hotel was nice and clean, all staff were friendly.

We stayed on the first floor in room 109. Loud persistent noise every morning from 7am. It seemed our room was above the breakfast room, not pleasant. Although it was a business trip, we didn’t intend to be up too early and this spoilt the hotel experience. If you can avoid room 109 or the first floor….DO!

The car park was under the hotel, secure and 24hr manned which cost approx €20per day. The car park attendant was also pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast - the hot breakfast option wasn’t good, especially the sausages but plenty of continental options.

On the whole, We would stay here again just not on the first floor.

Hotel conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of most site in the old town. City of Arts and Sciences is a short taxi ride away. Our room was large and comfortable with our own private terrace on the top floor. We pre-purchased to include breakfast buffet with the room and there were many filling options to start the day without having to go out and find something to eat. Definitely recommend for a visit to Valencia if you will be focusing on the old town.
