Loved this apartment. It’s right in the old town near all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very well organised and had everything you could need. The owner made checking in and out very easy and was on hand should you have any problems or if you needed any advice or help during your stay. On checkout you can store your luggage and come back later to retrieve them. We will definitely return, thank you for a great stay

Location was more than great, in the city center and the appartment was nice and cosy, equiped with almost anything we could have thinked of. It was all tidy and clean and the towels were changed regulary. The host was more than helpful, took his time to explain us everything we wanted to know about Valencia and sights. Also, he arranged us transportation to and from an airport.
This sure is a great place to stay if staying in Valencia.

The building is in the old center of Valencia, in a street withe some restaurants, a small shop , bar and a bikeshop with rentals within a few steps from Casa Cosy. Behind the metal and glass windowed big doors we found a long mysterious looking hallway leading us to the staircase. Behind the apartment door we found a brand new spotless and elegant apartment. The warm welcome of Koen, who talked us through the things to do in the city, tips, and great bar and restaurant suggestions, he made us wanting to start discovering immediately. Once installed we saw that our host has an eye for detail: like coffee and jam in the kitchen, chocolates on the pillows and the pile of bright white towels folded, orchids in the living room, everythiing ready to be put in a showroom. The air conditioning in the living room also kept the bedroom fresh without the typical cold wind blowing in your face.
We had a lovely stay in Casa Cosy, and will surely be back next time we visit Valencia!

We really liked Casa Cosy, the position couldn’t be better, Ann was very kind and helpful in providing all sort of info about the city. The garage was a plus for us. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. We would definitely recommend this property.

Good location, undoubtedly as in old town.
However, apartment does need closer maintenance e.g. Broken tiles in bathroom, hole where power switch for kettle should be, air cond that leaks green coolant, liquid soap dispenser that's empty, safe that doesn't work etc.
When we booked we were offered taxi pick up from airport - this did not show up.

We waited around for 40mins. & nobody answered the casa cosy tel number.

We found a taxi ourselves & upon arrival, had to wait 20mins outside the apartment block as nobody answered the given contact numbers. Eventually we were let in by other guests.

So if you are looking for efficient service, this is definitely not it.

For backpackers or the younger independent student traveller type, this might be ok but otherwise a run of the mill 2 or 3 star hotel might be better.

A more thorough review will follow at end of stay.

Everything was perfect from making the reservation here until check out. The owner booked us a taxi which was waiting at the airport. We arrived just after 11am and our apartment was ready...it was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy! They had thought of everything including a bottle of cava in the fridge (very welcome!), butter and jam, tea and coffee, a bowl of oranges as well as useful condiments were left and cleaning /washing up products. There is a kettle and coffee machine. The location is great right in the heart of the old town, close to all sightseeing within the area...it was lovely to wake up hearing the cathedral bell ringing! There are supermarkets nearby with lovely fresh croissants and bread for breakfast and lots of cafes and restaurants in the local area.It was our first time to Valencia...we really enjoyed it. One day we got the number 4 metro to the beach area and had paella at the beachfront restaurant recommended by Anna the owner of Casa Cosy which was great. On the day you vacate there is a cupboard in the hallway for your luggage should you wish to leave it for which you are given a key. The taxi that was booked by the owner for the airport was exactly on time.I would totally recommend this accommodation and certainly stay again!

I have been to Valencia a number of times, however Casa Cosy is probably my favourite of all the accommodation I have stayed in

The location is absolutely excellent - the road at night can be a little noisy but the windows do a good job of keeping the sound out. We only noticed as we often like to sleep with the window open - not recommended if you want sleep, but windows closed, and air-con meant sleep was really comfortable.

The apartment is really homely and comfortable with all the amenities you'd ever need. Really feels like a home from home.

Host is really helpful and welcoming too.

Definitely recommend and if my travels bring me back to Valencia I'll be rebooking

the given contact phone number is rarely picked up, so upon arrival, we could not get in to the apartment block. Desperately phoning around, standing outside in the hot valencian sun with suitcases & kids in tow despite phoning beforehand (at the airport) that we would be arriving at exactly what time.
Eventually got in with help of other guests .
I gather this happened to others as well.
The young lady in charge of the checking in appears to be out of her depth, & actually ignoring phone calls to her mobiles whilst checking us in!!

we had issues with the safe, & after chasing up on this (thrice), was told it would take 6days to repair /replace.

Otherwise, the guy who cleans is exceptional & meticulous.
Location in carmen district - you can check out its safety on the internet; we did not feel threatened at any point although it is dark, gritty & v quiet at night with couple of beggars on the streets.
Convenient bus stop down the road & bike shop next door.

Camper beds in both bedrooms are ok for v short stay, & kitchen lacks washing machine but otherwise adequate .

In summary, they really do need an efficient point of contact & a meet/greet service.

A lovely apartment with an excellent location. Valencia is a great city and it is well worth staying in the old part where this apartment is located. The apartment has been tastefully updated and is very modern, although in a lovely old building. You can walk straight out onto a quiet cobbled street and explore the old city with an amazing building and a delightful plaza around every corner. Koen is a great host. He is friendly and very helpful with just the right amount of useful information and tips for your visit. The apartment was very clean with comfy beds and well equipped and stocked with the little essentials you might need. he even provided capsules for the coffee machine and a bottle of cava in the fridge. He made us feel very welcome. The only downside was that there isn't really enough comfortable seating for 4 people, another couple of arm chairs would have been nice and some bigger mugs for us British tea drinkers!! But overall this is an excellent apartment with an excellent host which I would thoroughly recommend.
