Everything was perfect. The food îs fresh and really tasty, the rooms are cleaned daily and very well groomed thanks to M. Angeles. Our guests are so nice, they try to help us with everything. For sure I will repeat the experience and I recommend this location.

I opted to stay here for a 4 day trip to Valencia having previously stayed in the Barcelona branch a few years back.
Overall the stay was great. The location literally could not be better. A 2 minute walk from La Catedral and all the sites around it. 30 seconds from the ceramics museum and no more than a 15 minute walk to the other main attractions such as the Market, La Llonja, Torres de Serranos etc.
The hop on off bus stop is also a 2 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within stumbling distance.
The only thing I would say to be careful of is noise levels. My room was at the front of the hotel and you can very clearly hear everything going on outside. It is also adjoining a big church, which loves ringing its bells. Overall the noise didn’t bother me much but if you’re sensitive to it, I wouldn’t reccomend. Or you weigh up if the location is worth it
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful at all times and the room was spotlessly clean when I arrived, as was the whole hotel.
I would absolutely stay at another location.

From the moment we walked in through the front doors we felt at home. Our stay dates were October 11th-25th. Checking in was easy and very relaxed. Raul was our first contact with anyone and he was so kind and welcoming. Since we were there for two weeks they gave us a lovely balcony room facing the pedestrian street which was lovely. I love hearing the people and the city sounds of the places we visit. Centrally situated it was easy to walk to the many, many restaurants and surrounding areas as well. Close to everything and if what you wanted was further out it was also about a 5 minute walk to the Metro station; perfect location close to the Valencia Central Market as well which is a MUST. ❤️
Matías at front desk (usually third shift is when we would talk with him) was also very kind and helpful. Every time we would ask questions Raul and Matias would eagerly have responses and suggestions. Rooms are a little tight but what room in Europe isn’t it was adequate for what we needed. Beds were comfy, Wifi signal strong, AC was perfect, hot, hot water always available and nice strong water flow- which means a lot!!! To take a nice hot shower with strong water flow is priceless. Great attention to detail as well we’re celebrating both anniversary and birthday, both days were taken into consideration. Our rooms were decorated and this was a nice little surprise on both occasions. Thank you to the whole staff, they were ALL kind and warm but I just had to single Raul and Matias out for going above and beyond and making our stay a memorable one.
See you soon!

Booked hotel direct and got a discount, confirmed immediately and emailed lots of local information. Customer service 10/10 Central Valencia location not far from Cathedral. Travelled by Metro from Airport very quick and easy. All hotel staff including restaurant staff were brilliant!! Breakfast was good served 7am-11am Our room was smaller than average size hotel, but not a problem just for a 3 night stay. Very nicely decorated. Only negative comment is walls are not soundproof. We opted to take hire bikes from reception one afternoon (for free) cycled to Turia gardens. Took the bus to the science park, walked around the grounds, then found it was near enough to cycle! Metro to lovely sand beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel.

A great little hotel in an amazingly convenient location. Dining room is like a modern cafe and we loved the breakfast as it had lots of healthy options to make your own muesli, plus almond milk etc. You could help yourself to free tea and coffee during the day and borrow free bikes but theire are only 4 so we preferred to rent some (there is a place 20m away). Our teenagers had a brilliant twin room at the front with a small balcony and a view. Our room was dark and looked out onto an internal light tunnel which gave it more of a prison feel! But that is my only criticism of this hotel. Staff on reception and at breakfast were polite and friendly, speaking English if you needed it. Generally in Valencia we found staff in shops/cafes preferred you to speak Spanish and local signs are in Valencian. Plaza de la Virgen was our favourite Plaza for hanging in, Carmen good for graffiti photos, Russafa pretty houses, Mercado Central great to buy food. Hiring bikes and cycling to the beach via the city of Arts and Sciences was out favourite activity. Also pre-booked tickets to see Valencia FC play at the Mestalla stadium which was funny! And walkable. Everything is pretty walkable. We bought 48 hr tour bus tickets and di the tour but also used the bus to get around.

This hotel is in a great location in the centre of Valencia’s old town but on a quiet side street so it is not noisy at night. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and breakfast delicious with modern decor in the rooms, reception and breakfast area.

We stayed 5 nights in room 501, top floor with a private terrace. Room is small but terrace provides lovely additional space with table, chairs and lighting. Views overlooking rooftops and beyond. Room had good air conditioning, comfy bed, mini bar, decent lighting,in room safe and TV. Room clean and modern. Bathroom again good quality, great shower, fluffy towels, proper hair dryer and selection of toiletries. Shower lacking a shelf for own products. Breakfast had good choices, bean to cup coffee machine, lovely scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, bread and other options. Breakfast staff worked hard to keep it clean and well stocked. Fresh juices great. Staff spoke good English and all were happy to help. Bikes to borrow if needed. Location is spot on, short flat stroll to the main tourist sights and so many cafes, bars and restaurants all around. We heard nothing from the outside to affect our sleep. One of the best city hotels we have stayed in for some time. Can't think of any negatives.

Having just spent four nights I have to say this is a nice hotel with very pleasant and courteous staff.
On arrival you notice the lovely fresh smell in the lounge and reception. Check in and out was both easy and quick.
Our room was on the second floor and a reasonable size. Bed very comfy with spotlessly clean bedding. Housekeeping throughout our stay was excellent. If I have a criticism of the room ,there is very little storage space. No draws which would help and also be more private of your items.
Bathroom was compact with nice toiletries and a good shower. I did find the location of the toilet roll holder an inconvenience. Meant you needed to sit slightly ajar. It would help if slightly higher on the wall.
The breakfast room is open plan with the small lounge. The selection and quality was excellent and constantly replenished. Choice of both cold and hot items and a large pastry selection.
The hotel offers free bike use which would have been great, but having a broken wrist had to decline. Free hot drinks offered all afternoon and evening. Hotel doesn't have a bar but Cafe Madrid cocktail bar directly opposite.
The location of the hotel is one of its main selling points being a couple of minutes walk from the market, cathedral and city hall square.
I would certainly stay again and enjoyed our stay.
I can't remember his name but had some great conversations with the young Argentian guy who was the night porter about football. Lovely chap

Fabulous dog friendly hotel, with clean dog beds and bowls for both our little dogs
All the staff were very friendly , helpful and professional.
Bedrooms were spotless and well appointed and ours room 603 had a large terrace which was great for the dogs.
Breakfast was good also.
The reception staff were perfect falling over themselves to help us, organising taxis that would take dogs and even getting us plates and cultry for our take away Chineese.
Restaurants are plentiful in the area with lots of choice but as it was chilly we wanted to eat inside which was almost impossible with the dogs, except for the one next door called Moby Dick it’s a pub:restaurant with good food snd great staff in fact we went twice on our 3night stay,
We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting this fantastic city.
