Very clean hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpful. 20min walk to local station that takes you into Valencia North. Perfect for a low budget city break. Equivalent to travel lodge/holiday inn. Backs onto a industrial site and local.supermarket. Not suitable walking distance for families.

Centrally controlled heating/cooling is either too hot or too cold. Mosquitos in the room every night were a nuisance. However bed was comfortable, room was clean, fridge was handy. Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. Noise travels between rooms which is annoying. Reception staff were very friendly and responsive. Breakfast is very good.

This hotel was not what we expected. It was more like a Motorway Stopover place. The only thing it was close to was a Tesco Supermarket next door. An even that was closed on a Sunday. By carefully crossing at the Motorway roundabout it is possible to get to the beach. An hours all along the beach will bring you... More

To be fair. Didn't spend to much time in the hotel, met was clean. 20 min walk to the train station which took straight into Valencia north. Breakfast excellent. Friendly staff, and a short walk to the supermarket and stores which are local.. All in all .. Loved the location and please don't be warned off by other reviews. Walk to... More

Receptionist guy was friendly. Nice room. Water force was ok but heater was not good (on and off). Poor internet connection. Stay for 1 night/urgent/last minute is ok. Carrefour was very convenient- behind hotel

A bit away from the city, near to beach. But access to the beach is not safe as you have to cross the highway if you are walking. Overall a good experience for a night. Staff was helpful, complimentary breakfast was good.

This hotel could use some upkeep, other than that its a good place to spend a night. I was there on a Friday night and it felt like there were only a few guests. Check in was efficient and friendly, although I was given a non smoking room that had been smoked in. The smell was slight and with an... More

Stayed at the property just one night, which seem to be mostly a business hotel given it is located in the outskirts of Valencia, within an industrial, business area. Requested non-smoking room and was assigned a smoking room! Blaargh! Was so tired that I decide to keep it. Simple, plain decor with furniture and installation in a need of some... More
