In the most select district in the centre of the Turia’s capital, we find the Vincci Palace Valencia. Located on calle de La Paz, two steps away from the Plaza Porta de la Mar and Paseo de la Ciudadela, it is in the city’s great tourist area, five minutes away from the Cathedral and the Church of Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados (Our Lady of the Forsaken), also right next door to the Serranos towers and the famous “Miguelete”. The building, in the traditional style of most palace residences in the city centre, has been totally refurbished to maintain its impressive façade while remodelling its interior to make it one of the capital’s most contemporary hotel establishments.

We have chosen this hotel because it is located in the city center - versus the beach area - and becsuse of its style/upkeep.
We were not disappointed - in fact, the location turned out to be excellent for exploring the old town, the cultural artifacts and a walk to the Arts and Sciences complex turned out to be a pleasant experience as we could walk through the ex riverbed turned into a park.
The hozel staff was very friendly, the room clean and breakfast was great.
We used the nearby Glorieta parking for the car based on the suggestion of the hotel receptionist.
All in all a very good experience and a place to recommend.

We visited the palace for 1 night, because we were traveling through. We were greeted by great service, and a nice clean hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, but we chose a nice Marrakeshi place 20m from the hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioning was not good, and it was a little hot in the room. Parking was an option in an underground garage that was very hard to get to.

Overall

Pros:
Friendly Staff
Hygienic
Good Location
Great breakfast

Cons:

Bad Air Conditioning
Narrow and overall bad path to Parking
Shower's temperature control isn't great

Lovely helpful staff but the bedroom whilst clean and pleasant was so dark due to poor outlook. Breakfast was let down by cold bacon, eggs nd beans. Great location though for visiting the Falles Festival and secure parking was a little tight to get in but much appreciated

This Hotel is nicely located in the city centre close to the old town but also near the Turia garden belt. The reception was very attentive and welcoming and helped with every question I had. My room was clean and modern with a small balcony to the side. Housekeeping was not disturbing and did a good job.
The breakfast was fresh, with a very good selection and came at a good price but maybe you want to enjoy one of the very nice local cafes in the old town or in the trendy Russafa area..

The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Showers very good, bed very comfortable. Tea making facilities welcomed and the daily free bottle of water was appreciated.
Daily cleaning was thorough and individual toiletries are much appreciated particularly in the time of Covid.

The Palace is in an historical building of Valencia: already form the outside the hotel look very interesting. We booked the rooms and the hotel was very helpful in giving us a room close to each other’s. The rooms overlooked a narrow street of Valencia with a bar that unfortunately sometimes was a little bit noisy in the night…but this is not a fault of the hotel. The location is top: you can discover Valencia on foot without problems also Ciudad de Sciencies and the Oceanografic can be reached in 40-45 minutes on foot with a walk on the “Turia”. The room was great in line with a 4 stars hotel what I really enjoyed was the room size that in historical building sometimes are very small. Also bathroom was top with a walk in shower. Breakfast also great with a large choice of food and Nespresso Coffee machine. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to visit discover Valencia that is an AMAZING city (PS: Close to the hotel there is the tourism office always helpful with tourists!).

Never been to Valencia what a great hotel and a truly fabulous city, loved it. It was our 15 year anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel, great parking, they even had bikes we could hire very cheaply, the only way to get around this excellent city. The mix of architecture was breathtaking, shopping was epic and then there was the massive beach with numerous restaurants and some delicious paella.
Will defo be back and would use this hotel again, fully recommend

My husband and I decided to stay here for my 40th birthday after researching many hotels in Valencia. We live in a nearby pueblo and always pass this hotel when walking through Valencia, so we decided to stay here, with much excitement. First impressions mean everything, and that's when the celebration ended. My husband mentioned it was my 40th birthday upon checking in ( he is a Spaniard) and the woman at reception could have cared less. That is fine, not expecting anything but maybe a Felicidades would have been nice...that is just good customer service. Then we got to our room 504 ( I think it was) and it looked like a dungeon, and a smelly one at that with NO balcony. My husband specifically upgraded to a Superior Room which stated it has a balcony and there was not one. We went back down stairs and told the receptionist the issue and started to argue with my husband about how there are some with and some without balconies. ( Our receipt specifically says BALCONY) She went on an on that she has worked here for 13 years, and was getting upset with us. I also mentioned that the room smelled, and she looked at me like I was an idiot. She told me there were no other rooms after arguing with my husband for literally 4 minutes and magically found room 510 which had the balcony. Why did she not just change us to that room in the first place? We payed for the most expensive room, so it would not have cost them anything, but she preferred to argue instead of do the right thing. We got to the room, and the smell of sewer was awful, you cannot adjust the air below 21 degrees, which is not very comfortable, and the furniture was worn with scratches. When we returned from dinner, we were to the bar to get some water for our room, and the woman told us the bar is closed at 10:30 pm,so we went to bed super thirsty. The main word in this hotel is NO.

PROS: Nice buffet, good wifi and nice decor.

But please...do not call yourself a 4 start hotel. The service alone is below par at the front desk. I had much better service at Taco Bell picking up food for my kids the next day. Perhaps hire people that want to work and are welcoming to people who choose to stay at your hotel.

It was shame I decided to stay there for my 40th birthday. Next time, I will stay in a boutique hotel where you are welcomed and appreciated.

Beautiful and unique hotel in Venice, close enough to walk to the old city center but a little bit off the beaten path. Staff was extra helpful in organizing a super early taxi ride to the airport for us. Rooms could use a coffee maker, but other than that true to the Vincci name that we have loved in Spain and Portugal!

We loved the location and atmosphere of the hotel. Thanks for making our stay in Valencia so much better! The enormous and super soft bath towels felt like heaven on earth. Booked the room without breakfast but spontaneously decided to sit down one out of the 4 mornings, which wasn't a problem at all.

I am not sure whether to book Vincci Lys hotel or Vincci Palace? They look the same but Lys is more expensive

I booked from another travel website. If you go directly to the hotel web page it is way more expensive. I also noticed that if I use the Canadian travel web page the cost per night is way lower than if I pay through the European web page. Maybe they have a different agreement. I stayed at Vincy palace, I don't think it is that expensive. Plus it is a convenient location. You don't have to pay for a taxi.

Vincci palace is in a good location food is good. Rooms were nice comfortable we had no problem with noise on our visit in August. Drinks in hotel.were pricy but if you leave the hotel and turn right at the end of the street are a few cafe bars that we found very nice and just.out side of Corte ingles.

To be honest I’m not quite sure (it’s a few months ago I stayed in the hotel) but I think I remember there was something like coffee or tea in the room so I would say yes. But perhaps you’ll find somebody who’s sure about the answer...
