This was our first time in Valencia and we received a great welcome. We'd booked through an online package booking and somewhere between our booking and the hotel's receipt of it, my name had become completely changed to a complete stranger's! Nevertheless the staff dealt with the mix up in a friendly and efficient way explaining this often happens. The... More

Three lovely nights we stayed in this hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it. After two hotels without English speaking personnel, the two female staff members made our stay very enjoyable. Perfect clean rooms and a nice location.

Hotel located near the popular Carmen district of Valencia, in a restored historic building. Not very comfortable for long stay, but good for any kind of short trips. The greatest thing is location – all sigthseengs of old city are in a walking distance.

We dont come to visit a city to spend all day in the hotel. This is clean friendly and pleasant hotel. The rooms have everything we needed. Plus there is secure parking just arround the corner. We found it was really easy to find our way straight to all the best bits of the old town. Its location in quiet... More

For those who want a cheap hotel in Valencia this could be the one. Other than an extremely slow check in we had no negative suprises. Wifi worked as it should, the room was clean and the rooms are equipped with air con. We stayed clear of the breakfast since it looked very basic (Spanish). Obs: Remember the doorcode to... More

Tired decor. Only 2 members of staff. A receptionist and a chambermaid. No night porter. No bar, barman or infact, any alcohol on the premises at all! The mini bar consisted of 2 orange juice, 2 cokes and 1 small bottle of water. I could only rate this as a **hotel. The position was quite good. The breakfast was adequate... More

Other than checking in, no additional bar or food services available , staff invisible and possibly not even on the premises overnight. No tea or coffee in rooms as advertised. Room basic but clean. Sleep impossible due to outside noise. Only positive was the location being central.

This hotel is very conveniently situated close to the city centre (just a 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral), it is a very pleasant hotel with top facilities at a very good price. The rooms have a good size, and are clean. Very helpful and kind staff. Reception manned 24 hours. Perfect bathroom with bidet. Excellent coffee and croissants. I... More

The location couldn't be much better, on the edge of the old town, and on a road with lots of restaurants. Simple and comfortable hotel, good value for the money. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need.
