Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

4 of us stayed at the B & B after a long day at a family funeral. The rooms were perfect for a good nights sleep in an area we know very well. Whilst we did not take a breakfast with our hosts due to Covid restrictions they were happy to provide ingredients if we wished to do ourselves. We declined as we know the area and took our breakfast at the equally excellent Boulevard cafe nearby. Booking was a breeze, great Comms throughout. Arrival was simple as was checkout. Perfect hosts! Thanks very much and should the need to stay over again in the area you will be our first choice.

Came to stay as a last minute trip to see my parents. My brother, my partner and myself. Two double rooms. very clean and tidy. My partner and myself stayed in the annex. Was a lovely spacious room with all the tea and coffee facilities and more. Even our own little kitchenette. Not that we used it. But great to have the option. Jacqui was brilliant from the moment we booked. Letting us know if we needed anything just to let her know. Would recommend this place to anything looking for a place to stay in east wittering. Close to the beach. And close to the lovely village. A great base. I have no doubt I’ll be contacting Jacqui for another stay soon.

A night of great sleep in a very clean, comfortable and modern room. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. It is within a five-minute walk to the seafront and the local shops where there is a wide variety to chose from. There are also plenty of places to eat.

Sorry about your wife falling but we couldn't stay in such a dirty room ,as you had no other rooms decorated and no dinning room , you took our deposit 9 months ago and could have informed us about the whole place been renovated .we travelled 5 hours to get there for a wedding day and you let down very very badly with no where to hang our smart clothes . We ended up riding round for somewhere to stay for the first night then again for the second . Hairs on the windowsill next to the mucky kettle ,hair on the pillow .,hairs on the loo seat , dirt on the walls and doors ,dirt on the mirror. Dust on the towel rail in the bathroom ,poo on the inside of the bathroom door ,dust on the headboard ,Mark on bedding and a mark on the sofa cushion I could go on with the list hence we left . We are pensioners and did not want to pick up any germs to make us ill . I did point these things to your son who was doing some diy in every room .

Stayed here for a couple of nights during the Festival of Speed. Great welcome and the room was spacious and clean, en suite bathroom was very well appointed. Had a really good couple of nights stay and was nice and close enough to goodwood for travel. There’s also some great restaurants close by to eat. Overall would recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at this wonderful family run B&b twice recently. So close to the beautiful Sussex coast, a few mins walk to the beach. The two rooms I had were beautifully decorated, had very comfy beds and great bathrooms. Tea & coffee (great coffee machine) making facilities in the rooms + bottles of mineral water. One of the best full English breakfasts I’ve ever enjoyed. Jacquie and Tony were fabulous warm, welcoming and helpful hosts. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We were visiting family nearby and stayed one night. There was a friendly welcome and we were shown to a lovely, bright room with ensuite. The room had a kettle, TV and hairdryer and the bathroom even had bathrobes. Our cooked breakfast was tasty and plentiful! A great place to stay.

We stayed 1 night while we visited our daughter in Chichester. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with tea/coffee facilities in the room. Choice of cooked breakfast in the morning. A very pleasant couple run this B&B. We will definitely be back if we have another overnight stay.
