... and every once in a while you meet that host that makes you feel blessed for being guest. Marius, the owner is one such person. Clean, maticulate and so knowledgeable. His big heart goes out to his guests. Facility is well built, equipped and managed. Great place for running workshops in the stunning scenery of Monodendri surroundings.

Everything was wounderful, we just love it All great, spacious and clean room, rich breakfast. Excellent and warm staff It's a place where you feel like home. Marios is the most lovely host we ever met.

We booked this hotel about two hours before arriving. Unfortunately although our Sat Nav told us clearly that we were there we could not see any hotel sign. It was raining and we had to ask a little shop next door for the location. It was precisely where it should be. The sign couldn't be seen because it was not...

We stayed here for two nights and had one full day to hike the Vikos Gorge. Our room was room 7, it was spacious and had a really good shower. We came on a rainy day. We parked our car on the other side of the village and crossed the village by foot just to reach this "lovely" antipathetic manager. He looked at us, soaking wet, and suggested a room. We saw the room which seemed ok. Nothing more. Then we asked if there is any way to get back...

My partner arranged the accommodation at Monodendri hotel and boy, was I blown away by the room. For the price we paid, we had a warm, exceedingly clean and roomy room with ensuite bathroom. On a very quiet village, this small hotel has nice owners, a good enough breakfast, very clean and with affordable rates. The owners are very helpfull providing information about the region. The room was spacious and the matress confortable.

My wife and I spent two nights there and had a great time. Cleanliness was at its best. Excellent breakfast was served, with considerable variety. The hosts were really polite, helpful and friendly. There was peace and quiet. We got exactly what we had been promised. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I had the most pleasant time in Monodendri hotel. We stayed there 2 nights in an excellent room. The hotel is decorated very nicely, has several lobbies and places to spend some time. The traditional hotel Monodendri of Daskalopulos family runs in Monodendri village, in Central Zagori. It is a family business that runs since 1986 and is managed by Mr. Marios Daskalopulos. The guesthouse is considered to be of the most significant and also of the most traditional ones in the area. The buildings are constructed with respect for the traditional architectural design of Zagori. The rooms offer private shower & bathroom, TV, central heating,small living-room, mini bar etc. There is a daily room service. Full breakfast is served at the restaurant of the guesthouse and is optional. At the bar you will find all kinds of drinks, soft drinks and coffees. At the restaurant of the guesthouse you can enjoy many dishes of the traditional cuisine of Zagori, always prepared with pure local ingredients.
