Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

the breakfast was largely homemade. try the mountain tea that they've foraged the herbs from the surrounding lands. delicious and healthy. beautiful rooms with luxurious beds and bedding. the wood fire in the lobby is great if you're there as we were in the cooler months.

A week ago, my partner and I had the joy to stay in this lovely traditional looking hotel in Monodendri. Everything about it was perfect; rooms were lovely, view fantastic, breakfast was exquisite (Natasha's mum sweet and cheese pies were delicious!) and our hosts were exceptional. I know that others have mentioned it here but it did feel like we were staying in our friend's (or family's) place, so much so that we got quite emotional when we departed. Can't wait to be back!

the hotel is a family business, i stayed there in Oct-20 for 4 nights. The room had big windows for morning light and heating for the cold nights, big closet, a small fridge and a TV . Everyone was friendly and willing to help with everything you asked either that was for something for your room or information about places to visit in the area, The breakfast was a festival of choices considering the price. The village is beautiful, if you like stone buildings, and there are many options if you like hiking.

We stayed in October, but the hotel looked reasonably full. We stayed in the second building, which is around the back. Rooms are good and the views are stunning. They provide shampoo & showergel and the water from the tap is drinking water. We had not booked in advance and there was no one at reception. The bell at the reception did not result in anyone coming, but when we called them on their phone, there was someone in no time. We booked the room for two nights. The breakfast has sufficient choices and provides a good start if you are hiking. There is ample parking in the street. Restaurants nearby (the hotel does not offer dining option) They accept credit cards Definitely worth staying.

We had a spacious room with seating area. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Great breakfast with lots of nice nibbles both savoury and sweet. Nice seating area downstairs. The only negative for us is a big negative - no bracket for the shower head. How can you shower effectively when you have to hold the shower spray all the time? I had to hold it between my legs while I shampooed my hair! Such an easy thing to put right.

Great hotel clean and spacious rooms, you can even ask for lighting up the fireplace in the room. Near the village square. The village is one of the biggest in the area and has many coffe shops and taverns. Also you can walk to the 'Vikos' gorge from the hotel and enjoy the views. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality of the owners. The family manage the place and they are beautiful people, breakfast was mostly out of local things and cooked by the mother. Village Aristi and Papiggo also worth visiting and are very near.
