We missed our check-out time because we got back from our friend's wedding very late and we were awake by a yelling manager telling us that we've got minutes to leave the room because they were fully booked. Ok, I perfectly understand what rules are, but that's definitely not the right way to treat your guests. If this hotel is...

My husband & I spent 4 nights in Amalfi staying at the Marina Riviera. We had a deluxe room with a balcony looking directly out to see. Absolutely magnificent! The room was well furnished, comfortable, with a great bathroom & plenty of room. The breakfast terrace was stunning and breakfast itself was all you could ask for. We were so...

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Page and Moy holiday and paid an extra £500 to ensure we had a sea view. The sea was there, on the horizon, but in front of us was a roof which obscured most of the view. The room was poorly furnished, the wardrobe space ridiculously small, and the bathroom fittings...

Bottom line: Wonderful hotel in a superb location! We want to go back already! Background: We had a hard time deciding whether to stay in Amalfi or Positano for part of our Amalfi coast honeymoon and ultimately decided on Amalfi. Best decision ever as Amalfi was our favorite town during our trip. While not quite as picturesque as Positano, it...

We were greeted upon arrival by a lovely, smiley hotel receptionist and a clean room with flowers and fruit. Our sea view balcony looked out over Amalfi town and beach. It was perfectly situated for popping into town and for the marina or bus stop (don't hire a car, as there are plenty of public transport options). The breakfast room...

The view from you balcony is simply astounding. You sit and watch the ferries, busses and tourists under the mountains. Its a short almost level walk into the best town on the coast. Clean rooms, lovely breakfasts on the magnificent terrace. This place is amazing. Amalfi (and little Atrani next door) beautiful. This town isnt cheap, but compared to Positano...

Returned yesterday after 5 nights in this lovely hotel. Wonderful service. Fabulous views (especially from room with balcony/terrace). Room on smallish side but very clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfasts on spectacular terrace. Will recommend to friends. And see my review on their great adjacent restaurant Eolo.

I'm always hesitant when I book a hotel because despite doing all the usual on-line checks we have still ended up in some really duff ones. Fortunately, the Marina Riviera was all that we were led to believe it would be. Sadly, however, the same cannot be said for Citalia through whom the holiday was booked. Primarily, I have to...
