I made the reservation with the credit card. A woman called me at 7 pm, we were in Positano, she told me that she couldn't wait for us to arrive and that she wouldn't charge. The invoice came on the card! I wrote to the person on WhatsApp, she blocked me. Do not trust!!

What a wonderful weekend we spent at the Hotel Villa Felice Relais! A family of 4 with two young kids (3yo and 7 month old), we were late for our check in but Cristiana, the lovely owner, waited for us and welcomed us to Amalfi! The place is beautiful, the room nice and clean. A very tasty breakfast and lovely staff. The location ended up being perfect for us: away from the chaos of the Amalfi centre but close enough to enjoy the short bus trip to the city. Cristiana suggested to visit the small village of Pogerola for dinner - 2min drive by car/bus- and we had the most delicious dishes in a beautiful and cosy atmosphere with stunning view of the wonderful Amalfi Coast. Highly recommended.

What a disappointment! The room that she gave it to us was not the room that on the pictures of booking. We stayed 2 nights and we had so many problems with room. First of all room was not so clean you can see dusts around window, radiator and the walls. Bed was not so comfortable. Mini refrigerator was not working properly we couldnt make cold our bottle of waters. Then bathtub was really problematic that when were takin shower tube was leaking water to ground of bathroom so whenever we had shower we cleaned bathroom by ourselves and they didnt change wet foot towels in the bathroom. Also everyone says that breakfast good but we didnt had good breakfast. Croissants was supermarket quality, and milk that she gave to us for cereal it was not enough for it. Iam talking about 24 gr little kelloggs package. Also there was a jacuzzi and sunbed in the garden, second day I wanted use just lay down 1 hour on the sunbed but she told me that I have to pay 20 euros. Day after in the breakfast, probably she understood her mistake and told my italian friend that jacuzzi was dirty so she didnt let me to use it but she totaly was lied and I didnt asked her to use jacuzzi. Everyone says in the comments she is nice but in my experience she just put her face fake smiles.

Perfect night view. Inconvenience: breakfast just 1 hour and 3o minutes... here in italy where they learn us “ la dolce vita”??? And check out at 10.30 from the room.... is not so easy But the rooms are clean, and when you are looking in the night in front you, i think you will forget all the small inconvenience. But also take care at the opening main door from the floor where are the flats. I remained blockef there for a small time. The main and the bad thing is that a girl who was cleaning ( oxana?? Long black hair) was trying to convince me that is my fault. Haw to explain you??? We are customers and the room was payed and it was not very cheap!!! So ... maybe you can put a small paper with indications haw to open that door and etc. And learn the employees to be polite with the customer. I didn t heard excuses. Perfect view, good breakfast, clean rooms, good conditions.

It was lovely getting on the mountain. Very easy to get to the desired places all around. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The room was clean. The pillows were not good. For people with knee's problems it is a very challenging . Going up to the hotel, the stairs were very difficult. The room in the basement requires me to again use many steps. The proprietor was lovely. Dinner with pasta was disappointing but another evening having calamari and grilled fish were absolutely delicious. A wonderful balcony overlooking the sea is a good place to have coffe or cappuccino.

We loved staying in this cozy place not far from Amalfi. Christina our host is a little crazy Italian lady who will do everything to make your stay perfect. Do not expect an upscale hotel, it’s a friendly small hideaway with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. We were surprised by the quality of the meals and enjoyed the laughters with our lovely hostess.

Stayed there for one night. The good side is the location. If you want to spend some time in the Amalfi area this is a great place to stay especially if you have a car since they have a good parking place. Breakfast was basic but good. On the down size - lots of stairs to climb up to the room which is not fun if you have lots of suitcases. It was cold when we stayed there and the heating system was not working well which was also annoying.

The staff at Hotel Villa Felice Relais was very accommodating. Our flight into Naples was delayed for 3 hours. We were getting in incredibly late so called to let them know about our flight situation. Magdalena was sweet and ensured us that someone was going to be there when we checked in. They offer transportation to and from the Naples International Airport.. but beware... the drive to Amalfi is a long & windy one. Luckily, the van that we were in had citrus hard candy for us to suck on to help with the car sickness. The hotel has a beautiful view. But in order to get to the city center, you have to take some form of transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel; however, we found that it wasn't the most reliable (not the hotel's fault!). We waited for about an hour for the bus one day. So, we suggest that you rent a Vespa to get around. Having never been to Amalfi, this hotel did the job: it provided us a great breakfast spread, a bed, a bathroom, and was very clean. However, if we were to re-visit Amalfi, we said we wouldn't stay in the area that the hotel is located. It was just too far and we had to rely on public transportation--not ideal. BUT, the staff was nice and kind.

We really liked this place! The view from our Terrace was breathtaking, our room was clean. The Villa's location is very convenient, the bus stop is right next to the Villa, also you can walk to the Center of Amalfi. Kristiana, Luca, Maria and Maddalena were really nice and helpful!!! Would definitely recommend this Villa!

Girls trip! My friends and I went and had a wonderful Derrick stay at Villa Felice. The staff is so kind and makes you feel like family. The daily breakfast is a taste of Italy, accompanied by beautiful views. Everyone was so kind and the transport from the hotel to town was so easy. The bus stop is outside the hotel, and if traveling- you can also be setup with a taxi or private driver. For us, it was perfect as we toured during the day and came home to sleep, shower and eat breakfast. We were offered to go to Alison degli Artiste, a beach in the area. It was a joke down, but amazing and so worth it!! We would stay again!!
